A Great Stay! I had a wonderful stay! The staff was nice and my room was spacious and clean. The landscape is limited but the water fountain out front compliments it. I didn't have any issues during my stay but I witnessed another guest needing another remote for her TV and they were just as pleasant and made sure she had a working remote. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends!

Terrible hotel! Don’t book! The hotel is in poor shape & even though they proudly claim that the rooms are “professionally” disinfected between room rentals; the room was filthy where we found orange peels on the floor, dirty sheets, pillow cases & blankets. The Indoor pool was also dirty & in poor shape! Book a different hotel!

Run down and poorly managed Find somewhere else to stay. This place has stained carpets in the hallways, loud heating/AC and refrigerators in the rooms, and cigarette burns on the furniture and window shades. The in-room coffee maker produces coffee-colored hot water -- no flavor at all. The wi-fi has inconsistent speed; streaming video frequently buffered. The breakfast offerings include flavorless waffles, overcooked hard-boiled eggs, and inconsistent coffee. There are a few pre-packaged foods that were decent, but little variety. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, but poorly trained. They didn't know simple things: where is the recycling bin; how does this waffle-maker work; will we get a refund for the 2 nights we didn't use because we couldn't stand to stay at this place any more?

Terrible Customer Service The TV fell down on the floor from the wall and my husband reported it to customer service. The lady that came blamed it on us that we made the TV fall. What kind of the customer service does that??? Luckily the TV didn’t fall on us or we could have been injured. She didn’t care about us at all, only the TV. She was not nice. I haven’t seen any mean people like her in my entire life. I will not be coming back to Quality inn & suites in Boone again.

Nice Hotel with A Great View! We stayed here 3 nights while on vacation. The hotel is atop a hill next to one other hotel. It is just on the outskirts of town and conveniently located to many attractions. It is obvious they are working on remodeling the place, we had a nice room with a fireplace, couch and table to eat. Our a/c - heater wasn't the greatest but that is really the only negative here. Breakfast was pre-packaged microwaveable sandwiches, which were just fine for us and there was juice and coffee and fresh fruit. The staff were all friendly and it was pretty quiet also.
