A good stay This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and experience was pleasant overall. It’s located in the seaport district. We had a car and did not use publication transportation, but I did notice a T stop nearby that should take you downtown or Cambridge. Only valet parking is available with a daily rate of $50 with in and out privileges. Self parking is available at a nearby garage at a daily rate of $38 but with no in/out privileges. The room is fairly spacious. Bathroom is on the smaller side but the shower pressure is very good. No room services were offered yet due to the pandemic. There is also a pool on the fifth floor with very good view, though it’s very narrow (two lanes). Note the valet parking is not on Congress street. You need to pull around the corner to find the valet.

Helpful staff The hotel is located about ten minutes from Boston Logan and while the hotel restaurant was not open at least 5 restaurants were within two blocks. The room was pretty much what one would expect from Marriott which is to say not much charm but a comfortable bed and plenty of electric outlets. Bathroom was good size and had a tub/shower combo. We also had a view of the harbor though we did not request it and I would not think it worth paying extra for. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great weekend trip Came here for a weekend trip. We arrived late Friday night and check in was easy. The parking is a little confusing. You have to valet ($50) or park in the garage down the street connected to a local apartment building ($39). I wish the rate was $39 based on the number of nights you were staying because under 12 hours you are charged an additional hourly rate so we didn't want to move the car multiple times in one day. We also would have liked to put our bags in our car and explore the area a bit more before going home on Monday, but we felt like that wasn't an option because of the parking situation. There was plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and it was easy to get into the downtown area. I wish I had realized that we should have made dinner reservations in the area around the hotel earlier because on Saturday night we had a hard time finding a local restaurant to eat at. There was a Starbucks in the lobby which is great for my daily coffee fix! The room was clean and surprisingly had a good view of the harbor even though we booked a standard room. There was daily maid service. The room was also spacious for a standard room in a city with a king bed and couch (not a sofa sleeper). We were very happy with our trip and would stay here again if we were to return to Boston.

Nice hotel with nautical theme Nice hotel with nautical theme. We were offered water when checking in and were able to check in early which was helpful. Staff is very professional. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor quite a bit. We had a view of the harbor which was a quick walk away. There were many very nice restaurants nearby.
