Nice hotel in a good location My wife stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the experience . The staff was helpful and very nice . The parking was a challenge as the $69 dollar valet parking was full . The rooms could use an update as the popcorn ceilings had stains and the air conditioner made loud noises . The restaurant was good as the chef made excellent breakfast choices . Overall a solid 4 star choice !

Not happy!! This property needs to replace carpet, fix clogged drains, clean the toilets and train a new night clerk! Wyndham needs to improve!!

Poor room for the money. Don’t go. Too expensive for a cardboard mattress, lead blower for an air conditioner, and a slow shower drain so the water is ankle deep. Never again.

Dirty, run down, waste of money - literally stay anywhere else My husband, 2 kids and I stayed for a 3 night stay at this location from 08/20-08/23. To say I would never stay again is an understatement. There are obviously some things one should account for when your hotel is across the street from one of the busiest hospitals in the country - noise, traffic and such but the following issues are quite inexcusable when you charge almost $350/night without breakfast or parking including. 1. Blood on comforter - That’s right. I’m a physician assistant and I know blood when I see it. I understand that due to the location, there are patients who likely stay there after procedures or during treatments. But the spot on our comforter (a white, very washable and bleachable comforter) didn’t appear even remotely washed. To make it worse, it was on the part of the comforter that was tucked under the mattress so we didn’t notice until the next morning after we’d already slept in that bed. We notified the staff and they did change the linens promptly. But that should quite literally NEVER happen in a hotel. 2. Peeling wallpaper - I’m not talking about a small corner either. Every wall had some level of wallpaper peeling from it which is off putting. 3. Loose bathroom fixtures - The shower knob in particular was so loose it slid in and out of the wall. 4. Broken coffee maker x2 - The single serve coffee maker did not work. I understand you can’t control for these things when they are probably rarely used. However, I notified the concierge and they sent up another coffee maker which - again - didn’t work. They made sure to test it out in front of me both times just to come to agreement that both machines provided were not functional and I ended up having to buy coffee. 5. Flickering bedside lamp - This was quite a frequent flickering of light of this lamp which was a bit annoying as the lighting overall in the rooms aren’t all that great. 6. Loose electrical outlets - Need I say more? Hazard. 7. Did not have enough luggage carts - getting our luggage out and back into the car was a lengthy process as we were told they only had 3 luggage carts for the entire building (and one of them was missing). 8. Parking more expensive than surrounding garage structures - In my past experiences staying at a hotel, if they charge for parking, they’ll usually charge at least a small amount less to park as a perk for staying in the hotel. This was $5 MORE per night than the surrounding garage structures. 9. No attempt at making anything right. I know that some of these issues aren’t all preventable - but upon checkout, we were asked how our stay went. We answered honestly but politely, and the gentleman who checked us out just stared at us blankly, said he was sorry and then asked how we were paying for the parking fee with no attempt at comping anything. Why bother asking? How does such a large and established company in the hospitality business allow this especially at the rates they charge? Needless to say we won’t be returning and will be discouraging as many people as possible from staying there as well. Horrible. I wish I took more photos but the blood on the comforter is enough to turn me and most people I know away not including the other issues.

Keep Looking Although the location from airport is good and it's a convenient area, the hotel is so outdated and old. The room smelled musty, the bathroom needs serious attention and the beds were awful. Look around for other options before choosing this one.
