Performance Score: Just Met Expectations Can’t beat the location, price, and convince. We stayed here for our surgery at MGH and it was just minutes away. The rooms were outdated and the bed covers were paper thin.

Only good for location to Mass General We only stay here because it is very close to Mass General and the rooms are inexpensive. I guess you get what you pay for! Ice machines only work on certain floors. The carpet is worn with stains. The mattresses are not comfortable. Got here tonight and went to put Coke and tomorrows breakfast in fridge. Fridge not working and has a smell. Food in restaurant for breakfast is fine. Dinner food not so great. But the staff are nice.

Clean but probably wouldn’t stay again. The location was the reason that I chose the hotel and that was convenient. The noise was loud, they are doing all sorts of construction and the machines run all night across the street. Rooms are outdated but clean. Check out staff wasn’t the nicest. Electricity was shut down for a total of 9 hrs (2 different days) but wouldn’t do any sort of partial refund.

Great location and value! I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back because it’s a great location, staff are always friendly and helpful, room rates are reasonable and the hotel is safe and clean. Great location to walk most places and short distance to Blue or Red line if you want to take the train. Right next to Whole Foods and CVS, with Dunkin Donuts down the street. Flour bakery in the corner is amazing too!
