Good location The location is ideal for visiting all the major tourist attractions. The hotel facilities can be a bit old, especially the air conditioner, which makes a loud noise, but overall, it is bearable.

This hotel is absolutely filthy So I’ve made reviews on multiple sites. Unfortunately, the hotel manager Polly Craig felt it appropriate to harass me by calling my personal phone days after I left and sent me a rude email when I didn’t respond to the call a few days later so I will write another review here with photos. Came here for a medical study and conference at a nearby hospital. Left with both my father and son both having respiratory issues due to the filthiest hotel I have stayed in in my adult life. The prices they charge give you the impression they should at a minimum have clean rooms but a motel 6 or best western would be a cleaner option. Since I was here for a conference, I tried to work with the staff. Repeated requests to clean the room was met with resistance, as if I was inconveniencing them for wanting a room without hair, blood, trash, and mold left from previous guests. The hotel didn’t offer anything initially other than a free dinner at their subpar limited menu restaurant—- which was not even a selling point when my son has dietary restrictions. We ate there the first night and there was only one dish he could eat and they over cooked the salmon and steak we ordered (which was odd since we were the only people in the restaurant at the time). On Wednesday, July 24 while we were trying to leave the hotel, Ms. Polly Craig called our room and engaged in an argumentative conversation. During this call, she stated that the staff member who told us we should have picked a better hotel “didn’t say that” and “doesn’t speak good English” and implied that the problem was a language barrier. I found this both inaccurate and deeply inappropriate for several reasons: I had no difficulty understanding the staff member. I am a certified English as a Second Language instructor who works daily with Spanish-speaking adults and multilingual learners. The staff member’s English was conversational and adequate, and blaming him served only to deflect responsibility from the hotel’s service failures. This comment was not only unprofessional, it was culturally insensitive and dismissive of both the employee and of me as a guest trying to communicate concerns. On Saturday, July 26, Ms. Craig left a voicemail and followed up with a written email that continued to minimize our concerns and inappropriately thanked us for our feedback while implying we had not acknowledged alleged efforts made to resolve the issue. At no point has she taken responsibility for the inappropriate handling of our stay or demonstrated an understanding of the impact of her comments. Polly, the manager that finally called me the day I checked out was honestly the worst interaction I had. They really ruined an important event for our family with their poor behavior.

Very bad experience One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Bed was like sleeping on concrete, AC was very loud (locomotive), bathroom pocket doors so loud it could wake you if someone went to the bathroom at night and top it off, construction across the street that started before 6am. No in and out parking for self parking but valet parking is available for approx $70 a day.

Unsatisfactory experience Worst ever Hotel experience from a regular hotel stayer. Poor check in experience - even after doing the pre-check in. Lack of Customer satisfaction approach. Hotel needs full updating . They need to Stop smokers from hanging out at the entrance, especially with their special roll ups.

Great location, nice hotel We loved the location. Walkable to everything we wanted to do in Boston. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was good. The beds were on the smaller size. I believe they were full size. We did not have a comfortable night sleep. Bathroom and room were nice, very clean and Not too outdated.
