Awful We came as a birthday treat for my daughter On booking awful communication mixed messages confusing booking booked under 2 names On arrival pleasant enough Pool etc awful no ambience not many loungers Went to spa room to relax no drink water hot drinks awful fruit drinks Women chatting loudly Went for massage very heavy handed did say not too hard it was ok not relaxing No water offered Changed in awful changing room worse than a leisure centre . Went for afternoon tea Asked for hot chocolate for my daughter as didnt drink tea or coffee Was told abrupt pay etc Afternoon tea came Awful sandwiches half had crust on Sandwich filling in some from supermarket Just terrible Nice scones but tasteless jam Inedible cakes hard tasteless or overpowered in cinnamon Absolutely awful waste of time money The whole spa which I call loosely should be renovated Woukd never return or recommend Been to many spa days this is by far the worst

Beautifully relaxing day We recently attended Botley Park Spa, for a spa day with friends, there were 8 of us in total and it was a lovely day, we were given our own private dressing room which was a lovely touch and unexpected, we were shown around on arrival by Chantelle the spa manager, she was happy to answer our questions and make our day special, we all had treatments booked In throughout the day, 7 of us had full body massage and one had a head massage. The treatments were lovely and so relaxing, all the rooms are well laid out, and all the staff were very helpful. We would like to say thank you again to the spa manager Chantelle and all the therapists who completed our treatments, Jamila, Rosa, Cheryl, Angelika, Kennedy and Sim, they were all lovely and made us feel relaxed. We had a perfect day.

Spa day Came for a spa day at McDonald Botley Park. I had a facial from Sim and it was lovely, very friendly and I felt refreshed afterwards! Thank you!

Spa day I came to the spa and had a back massage. I had Lois, she was brilliant. Highly recommend Lois and the spa. I came with a a group of friends and had a great experience.
