Needs some deep cleaning As a frequent Marriott customer,, Checked in for a 3 day weekend... Front desk informed only making rooms up on Wed days only. Had to ask two days in a row for maid service, and the bathroom fan had dirt build up. The pool tile water line had weeks of scum on them. Avoid if you are looking for a clean facility.

Best Hotel Ever This place was absolutely wonderful! It was very quiet, AC was super-quiet. The bed was great, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and the knives and peeler were actually sharp! The staff was very accommodating. The room was beautiful and spacious. We can't think of anything to criticize. Maybe just a suggestion for a night light in the bathroom. We wish every hotel stay were like this one.

Perfect location in Boulder. Very nice, newer looking property. Very well located in a nice restaurant area in Boulder. No Covid protocols whatsoever in any public areas including the pool. Breakfast was very basic. Shower and TV problems, but were promptly resolved.

Disappointed I stayed here 10 years ago when we first moved to Boulder and had an excellent experience. Upon moving out of Boulder I though it would be a great place to stay while we handled the final phase of moving out. Boy, was I disappointed. Poor overall maintenance - lots of rust and peeling paint on the exterior areas. Our suite had clearly had an upgrade to the bathroom and kitchen but the bathroom wasn’t maintained - Dirty toilet and shower. The mattress was saggy and the sheets and mattress pad ill fitted. I know the pandemic has changed breakfast offerings but the pre packaged bagels, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Were of the cheapest type. Overall, $1000+ for 4 nights was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Good hotel - no upgrade available Stayed here for 3 nights in a well appointed studio suite. Bed was good and the overall comfort level was great. It had outside entrances with no elevators if you were on the 2nd floor. Lloyd at the front desk is very informative and kind. It is about 2 miles from Pearl St in a nice and quiet location with free parking. Had an outstanding fitness room, too. The only negative in my stay was that I was not given an upgrade as a Titanium member even though I could see they were available on the app. I guess you have to fight and negotiate for them which makes me really question the value of being Titanium.. Also, I never did receive my mobile check in key I requested and was never notified via the app that my room was ready. Overall, I liked the hotel and would recommend it but if you are a Bonvoy member you probably won't be getting upgraded in Boulder at this hotel.
