Excellent EXCELLENT STAFF!!! Clean and very nice room. This is definitely my go to hotel in the area. This was my second visit to hotel and I will keep coming when I’m in this area.

Bad service Complimentary breakfast and free internet wifi iis a joke advertisement. Not even have bottled water in the room. Holiday is not a valid reason for such lack of good service. Every hotel should be more prepared for amenities & service that is advertised especially holidays to attract more clients. Bottom layer of Bed sheet has yellow big stains and all are wrinkled. Bad service.

DISGUSTING HOTEL....... I can not tell you how really DISGUSTING this hotel is. DO NOT be fooled from pictures online. The carpets are totally stained, stained walls in bathroom and tubs are stained as well. I had to wear shoes all the time in my room. The front desk will tell you they are remodeling at this time. That is a total LIE. If you are upset at front desk folks they will just tell you to just leave. I would of loved for you to refund my, $159 plus tax per day ,back to me, so could I go to a different hotel. Unfortunately, I was with 1,000's of corvettes that had travel from all over the US and Canada to attend a huge event with the Corvette Museum that ONLY happens ever 5 yrs. FYI, I called a lot of hotels and they had no rooms available. Breakfast was included with my cost per day, but could not bring myself to eat their breakfast as I thought, if my room is this disgusting, I could not take the chance with their food they put out. My review is to STAY AWAY>>>DO NOT Give them your hard earned money...

Don’t Even Bother to Book This place is a filthy dump. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate. The elevator floor was so dirty, my shoes stuck to it. The room carpet should cause the health department to shut them down. And, of course, the computer and printer do not work. The front desk clerk cares nothing about patrons, nor does housekeeping. Just dismal. Every other hotel was booked, else I would have left.

Motel 6 was cleaner! While the service was excellent the hotel was NOT! Breakfast was outstanding but my room was disgusting—I can’t believe I didn’t take photos because I couldn’t get out fast enough! I arrived at 0100 and was gone by 0830 —AC was mildew gross, carpet nasty and tub filthy! I did not even shower here! I gave the hotel a chance to “make it right” but they did not even contact me at my suggestion…I would never come back to this property unless it was a new room.
