Mold in the bathroom Looks nice in the lobby but the bathroom in our room had mold on the inside of the shower curtain. (Disgusting) and when I looked up mold all over the ceiling. Quite pricey too over $300.00 for a double bed room.

I would rather sleep in my car than stay in this fire hazard. Don’t waste your money. I wish I could give this a negative rating, there were so many issues. We checked in and everything seemed dated and not quite clean, and not worth the $300+ but we were in a non refundable rate so pretty much stuck Things then went downhill. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, we told the front desk and the manager said “ oh yeah it’s been a problem “. She offered to come look at it and said it’s slow but it does flush. Well it wouldn’t flush more than liquids. The maintenance guy looked at it the next day and still didn’t fix it. Also, when we unplugged a lamp to plug in a CPAP the lamp plug arced and we felt the shock in the cord. We reported this as well and were met with basically blank stares and told to use a different outlet. THIS WAS A FIRE HAZARD AND PUT EVERY PERSON IN THAT HOTEL AT RISK. The sheets were worn and scratchy, bed sagging and soft, and the smoke detector was caked in dust. The chairs in the breakfast area were worn and peeling too This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. We would have switched and forfeited our $$,but we had commitments which didn’t allow time to move and most other hotels were booked.

Go somewhere else! Normally Hampton is a reliable choice anywhere you go… this one was a huge disappointment. Very very dated. Bathrooms tile and tub very worn and scratched up. The only good thing about the entire place was the staff who were all very friendly. At $300 for the night it was a total disgrace.

Somewhere else. Normally, Hamptons offer a fair budget-type breakfast selection. Quite the opposite is true for this more-expensive-location. Apples we are on the verge of being applesauce; oranges were shriveled. Missing in action was oatmeal and cups for coffee. In the room, HVAC labels are worn and, thus, unreadable. Travel less or more—-just avoid this property.

Old, not renovated We stayed here 2 nights, and when we came in, the lobby looked kind of cute like old style, lots of wood , that sort of thing. but when we got to the room, we realized this hotel seems like it's the original décor and has not been renovated. Our room has kind of red pink carpet, and we have lots of wood tables as furniture and a little dorm fridge next to the TV. The shower has a rust stain in the tub. And the toilet seat has some peeling material coming off. The staff here is very nice. And it's only 2 floors and the washing machines are on the same floor , which is very convenient. The breakfast is just kind of your normal Hampton inn breakfast. And the breakfast lady is very nice. But Hilton needs to get on the ball and renovate this hotel to make it modern and upgraded. , there's still even the red lamp in the bathroom for heat that you could put on to kind of warm up the bathroom.
