Best Experience Ever! From the moment we walked into this hotel, we experienced nothing but amazing service. Selina D was there to greet us each and every morning with a smile. She gave us so much info on where to go, and having the shuttle service to the Quincy-Adams station just made it even sweeter to get to those places! The breakfast choices each morning were awesome. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. All staff were so nice and gave 100%! Definitely a place to stay if you want to avoid the hustle of the city! An awesome mall and a great craft brewery were very close to this location!

Just okay I paid way too much for this place. We found some trash in our room, so it could have definitely been a little cleaner. The bottom of the hot tub and even the seating areas in it were sharp and rough. The pool felt warm, which was nice. Great breakfast options. Super nice staff at check in and check out. They also had full breakfast bags ready to go. This is a good choice if you want to be close to the Boston area without being in Boston. There don't seem to be many fast food options nearby.

Great stay! My son and I spent 3 nights here while we toured Boston. We especially loved the shuttle service, we took it both to and from the rail station (Quincy Adams). The drivers were great and (it seemed) always available to take us or pick us up. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We didn't use the pool but it looked great and was usually in use. There is also a guest laundry that we didn't use but it look good as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and easily contacted. Breakfast was great - good variety and it changed from day to day. Friendly attendant was always there to replenish items and to keep things clean. The location is somewhat out of the way - nothing really in walking distance. If you have a car - no problem or the shuttle is a good option. The only negative thing we experienced was the wifi. I wanted to stream a show and we could never get it to connect to my device. At one point my son had a message pop up wanting us to pay $5 per day for the ability to stream. We didn't do it. It worked fine for other things. This is a great option if you don't mind riding the train into Boston and want to save some money over the crazy rates downtown. We'd gladly stay here again.

Excellent service throughout Called at the last minute to book a meeting room, for a Celebration of Life for my mother, who had recently passed away. Shayna Denson was sooooo helpful, accommodated all my requests. The event went off perfectly and everyone complemented my arrangements. I had put a deposit down for the room and the night of the event my brother paid for it in total. It took me several months to realize that I had not been credited and with only one phone call it was resolved. I work nights, so I called around 1130 pm and the Guest Service Agent on duty, Takia, researched the information and referred it to the appropriate people who got me my credit. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience at a really trying time. I would highly recommend your choice if this hotel!

Love Hamptons This was in a busy neighborhood with a factory of some sort next to it. We could see it out the window but never heard any noise at all so slept very well. Hamptons have great and plentiful breakfast selections making it very easy to get an early start on your day if that is your intention. Check in and out is a breeze with the app.
