A very good place to stay It may be that my first response to this hotel was coming off a nightmare of the previous hotel. When I first entered the hotel I felt like I was coming home. The people were very friendly, there was free water, flavored water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Our hotel room was as it should be, beds comfortable. We sent out for food at night but did have the morning breakfast, which was very nice. A good variety of items. The hotel was on a hill giving good views of Branson. We were so tired we never actually made it into Branson or to the various attractions. I had planned to go to Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction but since we were on a tight schedule we just didn't have the time. I have good memories of this hotel.

Miserable Stay The first room had black mold in the bathroom. The second room was next to a room with a dog continuously barking. Overall appearance of the hotel was run down need painted, had broken floor tiles. Location was to far from the main attractions in Branson. Price was to high fir the quality of the hotel. $270.00 per night. I will probably stop staying in a Hampton unless I’m able to see it in person first.

Needing remodel Hotel is in need of remodel. The deadbolt would not work on the room door. No vent in the bathroom. Toilet bowl top rim was dirty. They allowed someone staying at the hotel to park their 18 wheeler with a flatbed trailer in the front of the hotel taking up 9 parking spots for 4 days. The truck generator was running the entire time and we could hear it in our room. You would think they would have asked the person to move it to the back lot as it circles around the hotel but instead hardly any front parking for 4 days. We complained to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. Also the front lobby fragrance perfume smell is too strong and overwhelming. I don’t like that Hilton allows pets now. Will look for another Hilton in the area next time as a Diamond member.

Great Rooms! My room was very clean and inviting! It smelled so nice and nothing like those weird chemical smells some hotel rooms have. The beds and bedding were very comfortable as well. The housekeeping staff was amazing and the girl who serviced my room went above and beyond (I did not get her name) Breakfast was also amazing and so is the gym! The only thing I would say is maybe a bit more hospitality training for one of the front desk women with short dark hair. She was unpleasant upon checking in and also dealing with some of the reasonable needs I had. Other than that it was a wonderful property and a great stay!

Clean hotel with friendly staff close to all the activities but really needs updated! I love to stay at Hilton Hotels, because the quality is very consistent. So while this Hampton Inn offered the friendly staff and great hot breakfast that we know with Hampton, the decor was quite dated and needs to be updated. If I were to go again to Branson, I would stay at the château on the lake out by table rock lake. if you are looking for a place close to all the rides and activities for kids, then this Hampton Inn is a good choice. But if that isn’t necessarily what you’re looking for, look up the château on the lake.
