Great Service The rooms was very clean. They provided anything we needed with traveling with special needs person. They were awesome in every aspect. The only down side I can say about the Hotel was the parking in front. That has more to do with the lay of the land than the Hotel. Very happy with the room and services.

Nice Stay Our room was clean and very nice - nice and cool when we arrived. I like that our room had a small balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is super tiny. Housekeeping did not come into the room during our stay (COVID precautions) so we were asked to put towels and trash outside of the door and to pick up any lines/towels that might be needed at the front desk. This was not a problem for us (I am glad they are still being cautious). Breakfast was just ok -typical free hotel breakfast. We did not use the pools, but the outside pool looked nice and clean. There is a Denny's right beside this hotel and a Krispy Kreme beside that.

Interesting Needed to find a hotel close to Ballparks of America- this hotel is nearby. Surprised to find the room wasn't the cleanest; hair (hopefully a dog's) in clumps on the balcony, along with hairs and stains on bed linens.

It was ok It was ok. Our room was clean but we were close to the pool and our room smelled like Chlorine and it felt damp. It was so damp that when I put on my jeans the first morning that were sitting on the chair, they were damp. The staff most of the time seemed irritated to do anything. The person serving breakfast was exceptionally grumpy. The workout room was small and crowded and didn't have any cleaning wipes to wipe off the equipment when someone was finished using it. When I told the person at the front desk that they should probably get some cleaning wipes he seemed annoyed that I would even suggest it.

Would definitely stay again! We stayed for a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. Hotel staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Several families added an extra day as we chose to arrive a day early and had no problems doing so. The hotel is right on the busy strip and walkable to many places. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools (only wish there had been an outdoor hot tub!) Breakfast was ok, lots of options though (cereal, yogurt, fruit bowls, bagels etc.) but my daughters favorite thing was afternoon tea and cookies everyday between 2p-4p. Rooms are a little small (especially the bathrooms) which I knew going in but they were clean and comfy! Fridge/microwave came in handy. After you check in, there’s flatter parking around back, you don’t have to park on the incline out front! Honestly, no complaints. (Oh! Highly recommend the Branson Coaster next door. So much fun!)
