A great pla e to celebrate New Years eve as always with family and friends. This was our sixth year of continuously attending th Aging attended the New Years eve celebration at the Brantford Ontario Best Western. The rooms were clean and stocked well with coffee for the morning g after. The food, disc jockey and champagne were excellent as well as the breakfast buffet served in the morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here while visiting family. Unfortunately, so did families for a hockey tournament. Children were playing hockey, yelling, and running in the halls with no parents in sight. The parents were sitting in groups outside their rooms drinking alcohol. When we walked to the pool, we literally had to kick the beer cans out of the way. Staff were running around reminding the children not to play hockey in the halls, but walked right by the parents drinking and having loud conversations in the halls. In the “quiet” area (the Gretzky wing) it’s typically quiet as it suggests, but not this weekend. Although the children and parents were not in the halls, doors slammed all night and doors were propped open so children could come and go as they pleased. This used to be one of Brantford’s finest hotel, but not anymore. We called the front desk to complain of the noise, but I think staff were overwhelmed. I get the fact that hockey teams bring in money, but there should be some sort of security or management on hockey tournament weekends so customers who want to actually sleep and have a relaxing stay can do so. We will not be coming back.

Terrible Very tired needs updating. Doesn't represent the values of the Best Western This the second Best Western we have stayed at in the last 3 days. We were booked for for days stayed one night and canceled the rest. Never again will we pay their prices for a run down hotel

Wonderful Thanksgiving at Best Western Brantford! We had an absolutely delightful two-night stay at Best Western Brantford over Thanksgiving. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm ambience of the reception area, pool, gym and the spotless, well-appointed rooms. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, always welcoming us with a smile and Myra's catering to our needs with genuine care. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven, making our holiday getaway memorable and enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Awesome Location if travelling Room as clean and spacious, on site restaurant was delicious and the continental breakfast was buffet style with many hot options. Easy on and off the highway as we were travelling. Staff was courteous and helpful, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Play ground and park like area has a few picnic tables and is perfect for a family that’s been travelling. Would highly recommend staying at this property, if we are ever back in the area again we will defiantly stay here again. Although we didn’t use it, the property has a very nice indoor pool area.
