Great Location, Vacasa Management Lacking We've booked Pine Ridge for about 10 years. Vacasa recently took over management. Since Vacasa took over, about a year ago, our experience and customer service has declined. It takes a long time to get ahold of anyone at the automated call center. Having questions answered prior to arrival was time consuming and not very helpful. The call center isn't local and they only know basics about the property. Upon arrival, for two days, we tried calling the front desk with unit questions. Finally, we walked to the front desk and were told the front desk phone number provided in the units is no longer in service. Vacasa has managed for a year! Also, our unit had a wood burning fireplace. We had no wood and all the provided wood bins on property were empty. Vacasa insisted wood was not included. We had to send pictures of property signs stating free firewood and firewood included. Vacasa did not offer any resolution, so we had to drive to the store and pay for our firewood. The hot tub near our unit was in a poor state, crumbling, with broken stone surrounding the tub, ropes and caution signs posted. Also, be aware hot tubs are often full with young groups of friends, and you may not get a seat. Sound is loud between units. We had a group above us playing loud music and partying until midnight. If sound is an issue, keep in mind these units do attract groups of young adults and don't seem to have extra sound proofing. Otherwise, the location is great. Close to town and ski-in. Bus stop in front. Units are generally comfortable and well stocked. Front desk attendants were very nice. Clean units and comfortable beds. Ski lockers are very convenient and easy to use.

Beds in really bad shape The bedding was in poor condition. The beds were terrible and need to be trashed with completely new bedding. This deficit was easily discerned and should’ve been rectified sometime ago. Poor and ineffective lighting. No overhead lighting in bedrooms. kitchen and living room were nicely furnished and washer and dryer was very convenient

Not as good as it used to be..... We stayed in 12-F. This is the 9th time we have stayed at Pine Ridge, staying at different condos each time. So, in the past we have been happy, or we would not have re-booked. We were not impressed with our stay this time. This is 100% because of VASCA now managing the condo complex. The shower drain was clogged in the 2nd bathroom. We called the office twice - no one came to fix it. As a side note, I would throw away the rug in the 2nd bathroom - gross and unable to be properly cleaned. The fireplace didn't work. When we called the office, they said there was a missing part - again, no one fixed it. The hairdryer didn't work and felt/smelled like it was going to start on fire. The office said "it worked, and was just fine". We took the broken hairdryer to the office and they traded a working hairdryer for us. The condo itself was stocked with all you needed for a great stay. The location is great - right across from the Main Street area - great for shopping and dining. Loft area could easily sleep a group of kids....two full and a queen. Master and guest room are as expected. We may shop around our stay next time.

Awesome... except for the broken hot tubs. So... I really want to give you guys a 5-star, but can't. I loved the locations. front desk folks were really helpful. But I'm not sure if all come back next year. And I really want too. You've got to have the hot tubs fixed. There is nothing more that I look forward to... then sitting in a hot tub after a long day of skiing. Both hot tubs were non-functional. So please... please fix them for next year so we can book again.
