Hit and Miss on Cleanliness Pros: For those with electric cars there is a charging station. Parking is adequate for anyone pulling a cargo trailer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located off I 20 with lots of restaurants and gas nearby. Cracker barrel is one I noticed. Quiet. Cons: Our room needs a deep cleaning. In fact, the facility is overdo for an update. Cleanliness is hit and miss. Breakfast area was clean but don’t be deceived by the hot breakfast. The only item hot was the make it yourself waffles and hot water for the instant oatmeal. Definitely carb heavy offerings. No meat or eggs. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Very dirty. The floors were filthy and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned before last use. I had to clean the toilet before it could be used. The bathroom door would not open all the way and had to be lifted up to open. The room immediately smelled like smoke and old burnt marijuana when I walked in. If it had not been late and I was staying more than one night I would have left and went to the holiday inn. I do not recommend staying here with your family.

Frugal man I thought this hotel was an excellent value there was some wear and tear mostly on the outside of hotel but the rooms were clean the beds were soft the pool was very nice and had a peaceful atmosphere they have an almost hidden staircase located just past pool area that leads to shopping center next door they have a church sandwich shop and store this hotel is close to Interstate but for enough away to be very quiet almost like your in the country there are many restaurants within a short driving distance I would definitely recommend staying here it was a great value

Quality and a Bargain! A real value. We had a very nice 3 nite stay. Clean and well maintained property and rooms. Comfortable beds. Ok breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive. Kids loved the pretty courtyard and outdoor pool. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Roaches in the room and no refund even though I was there less than an hour. Terrible experience! I booked my stay through Priceline and it said it was one of the top booked hotels in the area so I thought it would be fine and at the price, I couldn't pass it up. BIG MISTAKE. Very dirty and dark even with all of the lights on. I checked in around 6 pm on January 14th and was given the key cards to room 107. I looked around the room and had lots of old stains on the walls and a couple of stains on the bed skirting that I don't think will ever come out. I unloaded my stuff anyway and put it on the table by the door. Went to go put something in the refrigerator and opened the cabinet door and had tan roaches running around. I got my flashlight out of my vehicle and started looking around the room with better light and found multiple roaches squished into the walls and roach poop in the cabinet by the fridge and microwave as well as another roach by the microwave in the corner of the cabinet. I packed my stuff back up as fast as I could and went just to a different hotel. I checked out at 7 pm. The lady at the front desk gave the number of the manager, to call the next day. I called after they said she would be in at 9 am and she was very rude. Apparently the night clerk didn't write anything down about the roaches and says they have no record of me checking out last night because of the roaches in my room. The manager, Uma, told me she would have to have housekeeping go in and confirm if there were roaches present and that I would have to call a DIFFERENT person Tuesday when he came in. The whole thing is very aggravating and I am so disgusted by the room. Uma was very rude. I have yet to talk to the other manager she said I will have to talk to. I was also told that I should have just asked for a different room instead of leaving the hotel. I do not want roaches in my things or in my vehicle so I did not want to keep trying to go to different rooms and having to go around with flashlights the make sure there weren't more roaches everywhere. Avoid this hotel if you can. Or bring bug spray if you can't avoid it. And highly recommend a good flashlight and a very careful look around the room before bringing anything inside.
