Nice Location I stayed one night while in the area on business. Nice location overlooking the water. It’s within a two minute walk to several restaurants. My room had a slight view of the water. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner lowered to 64 which kept the room nice and cool. A constant fan option would be nice to help drown out the seagulls and people taking as they walked past the hotel from the ferry. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I had a decent stay.

Blood Stain on the sheets I chose to stay at this property recently for a work trip and this has by far been one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at as a Gold status member. It is quite dated but out of all of the dated hotels I have stayed at for work this one has been the dirtiest. I arrived late because of a flight delay and just wanted to get to my room and go to bed. Just as soon as I pulled the covers up to sleep I saw a BLOOD STAIN on the covers right by my face. I decided to just sleep without covers that night and informed the staff early the next morning on my way to work. When I came back from work later that afternoon I found that they had STILL not changed the sheets. I was promised to be compensated for that night and have yet to receive anything. This hotel has given me an absolute phobia of staying in hotels because of the blood pathogen risks. I was especially on edge about it because of the amount of intravenous druggies in the area I can only imagine who's blood that was and what diseases they may have ):

Never stay here. I was there for 4 days. On day 1, the heat/AC was broken and I had to change rooms. Also on day 1, the phone and desk chair were broken. I reported both to the front desk. On day 2 neither the phone nor the chair were fixed, I reported both. The same on day 3. There was no maid service on day 2, which I reported and was promised would come daily for the rest of my visit. It didn't. The people were very cheerful, but clueless. The card reader giving access to the elevator from the garage was broken on my arrival, I reported the problem. It was not fixed (after being reported again) until day 3 of the visit. Finally, the hallways and gym were freezing.

Worst experience in a higher end hotel Was not informed of pool closure. Pool, view and access to ferry was the reasons i booked this hotel. Asked for view. Didn't get one. Was on first floor. Had homeless waving to me staring in my window. Front staff was rude from the initial check in. I can be rude when needed however this employee was shockingly rude. Told me if I complain again she was kicking us out of the hotel without a refund. We checked out. Went elsewhere. She was also busy typing away covering her bottom. I'm pretty sure lying about how she treated us. Was told that the pool being closed was all over the website. I informed her and tried to show her that I screenshot the site and it was not listed as closed. I obviously was an upset guest. 250 a night with no view. No pool and had to close the blind in my room.

Girls Weekend/Staycation Chose this hotel for a little staycation girls weekend. Perfect location for walking around the marina/boardwalk/Fountain Park. Plenty of restaurant choices within a short walk. The room was a good size with super high ceilings (unfortunately, that didn't dampen the sound of elephants(?) running around in the room above us, though). We had a wonderful view of the marina and the USS Turner Joy. Really great selection for the free breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again for a staycation.
