Great place with affordable rates Very nice place to stay in Brenham, everything worked and all the standard amenities were there, television was large with great picture and DirecTV, quiet place, clean room, breakfast was OK with all the standard stuff, everything was great.

Very pleased Very very clean. Not a fancy motel but very nice. Staff were very friendly and always asking if they could help you. Breakfast was cereal, oatmeal ,yogurt, pastries or toast, juice, milk and coffee. We enjoyed it! Would have no problem staying there again

A paid for room doesn't guarnatee a room The hotel cancelled our room 48 hours before we were set to check in. As we are coming in town for a race we needed to stay in town. And at this late of a date we ended up paying twice the cost for an available room at another hotel. Disappointing experience. We had booked through Expedia and they are in the process of refunding our money.
