Might be Racist Came in on Saturday at 8pm the lady told us there were no rooms available with 2 beds. We left to get food and book online for 160$ 2 beds. She lied to our face. We get back and she canceled the reservation and then charged 200$ and gave no receipt. She then proceeded to lie again and said this 40$ would be given back to us if we don’t use Netflix. But you have to sign into Netflix on the tv to use it. Nobody should be treated like this she should be fired this is insane.

No Wi-Fi connection in this hotel Staying at the Hilton, Hampton Inn in Brenham, I am also a Hilton Honors member, and despite trying for the last 45 minutes, I am unable to access the Wi-Fi It keeps saying error 299, and when I called the front desk, they asked if there is a number, I could call to complain about the fact that I could not connect to Wi-Fi!! Then they gave me a promotion quote to use instead of using my name and room number, and this also does not lead to any connection to the Wi-Fi I am just amazed that this day and age there is no Wi-Fi connection, and nobody seems to know how to connect the problem, or even to know what the problem is !!

Buy The Desk Clerks Some Hearing Aids :) It's a Hampton, so you always start with 2-3 stars. Yes, it was clean and the bed was comfy. When checking in, I mentioned that when I made the reservation a couple of weeks ago, I put in a note requesting top floor. The desk clerk had suddenly gone deaf as she handed me my 2nd floor room keys (and I'm a Diamond member - no extra respect). The AC made a strange whine, even when it wasn't running. I tried to keep the fan on for noise, but it wasn't possible. We still could sleep so we did. In the morning I wanted a cup of coffee to go. No cups around the coffee urns. I mentioned it to the clerk, she just stared blankly. Another guest mentioned that she saw coffee cups in the buffet by the juice. I went in and got my cup only to learn the coffe urns were both empty at 8:30 am. I knew there was no point in talking to the clerk about it. 3-stars is the absolute best I can give this Hampton.

Great Experience Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Good breakfast with eggs, waffles, fruit, potatoes, sausage, muffins, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. Staff was very nice and pleasant. We did not have any issues or problems.

Renovating, but still old and tired in places. They're in the midst of a renovation, but that renovation obviously didn't reach our room just yet. Standard Hampton Inn layout, but tired. Tired well-used and faded sofa, bathroom tub/shower curtain with a shower head that's on its last legs. Long delay on check-in as the lone desk clerk was away "assisting another customer". Pluses: room was clean, breakfast bar well-stocked and tasty. Unfortunately for the Hampton Inn, there's a brand-new Holiday Inn right behind it and they eclipse the Hampton on every front. We'll likely choose the Holiday Inn for future stays.
