Great Experience! My Granddaughter & I arrived 11/10 late in the evening for a 2 night stay. The Hotel Clerk was busy but welcomed us & got to use quickly checked in, explained entrances, breakfast buffet, etc. the room was clean, linens & towels fresh, standard breakfast. Great check out. Could not have asked for anything better! Even recommended a sit down restaurant which was excellent. Thank you!

Nasty The hotel is outdated the indoor pool doesn’t have a heater or hasn’t worked in months based off of other reviews and the hot tub heater doesn’t work. The pool is also filthy on the bottom and bugs floating on top. The lady at the front desk was very nice. When I asked her to express my disappointment to management about the pool she informed me that unfortunately he won’t care.

Very unsanitary Very nasty unsanitary rooms horrible smell! Staff did not accommodate us for inconvenience! Very noisy! Juice was watered down at breakfast! Food was out dated! Server was late putting breakfast out!!

Filthy In addition to the refrigerator not working, the room was filthy. Mold all around the tub, which they ineptly attempted to hid with chalk. Doors and walls were filthy, clump of hair on the window sill, chair was filthy. We had booked for two nights but checked out first thing in the morning after the first night. Showed the desk clerk photos of the filth and while she agreed it was filthy and gross, she still charged us for the night.

Caksey Hotel very run down. Needs a remodel very bad. Breakfast was mostly Coffee, toast and waffles. Only had a few apples for fruit options. I feel some sort of protein, eggs, sausage would have made it better. Also, more fruit, bananas, grapes, pineapple?
