staff were great staff greeted me nicely and were able to get me a room, it was clean, stayed on 3rd floor only down fall was no elevators so it was 2 flights of stairs. i was able to have coffee and granola bars when i was leaving

Deceptive Disabled veteran requested for a handicap room and was assigned a room that had a bath tub where the stopper was not able to stop the water from going down the drain. Complained that I am mostly using my wheelchair and was given a room across the hall except the shower did not work as the first room. I must move the bed to the side to get as close as I can to get into the bed. I am planning on leaving after paying for a week.

Don't walk, run from this protery Fair warning! Don't let the pictures fool you. THere is nothing here that looks like that. There is definitely no pride in ownership or customer service here. This is a dump! EVerything is dirty or broken. No such thing as a breakfast. How can one person write a review that breakfast was great when it doesn't exist. Any good review was made up I assure you.

Extended stay The staff here is wonderful! Great hospitality. They make you feel like your at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fresh coffee along with grab and go breakfast every morning.I highly recommend this location you will not be disappointed!

BEST EXTENDED STAY I EVER STAYED AT Been staying at Extended Stay for over 20 years. This property is by far the best. Great Management. All very friendly and committed to the quality of my stay. First time in over 20 years I checked into an Extended Stay and the oven was actually clean!!! This team at Brentwood actually gets it right!!!!
