I’d give four stars if I wasn’t surprised with $8+ parking/per day fees Why do they have to surprise me with $8+ per day parking fees to park my car in their hotel parking lot. I’m lodging there. Of course, I have a car. Don’t give me crap about “oh, but you could have Uber’ed here.” Your parking lot was here long before Uber was even a thing. Since when is it okay to surprise your guests, after they make online reservations, with extra parking charges? I know, they are going to tell me, “but it wasn’t a surprise. We stated it online ‘before’ you made your reservations.” Whatever. I saw all the other taxes and fees. I saw the total. I didn’t see anything about parking fees until after the purchase. So, yeah, I feel a little deceived. Folks, just know you are going to pay $8+ per day extra for parking. That said, the rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good!

Maybe at a Budget Rate We got a decent rate for the hotel, had breakfast included, and liked the picture. Problems included no A/C in the lobby, awkward access to the bathroom, and a non-functioning pool during our entire stay. The staff was pleasant but the physical attributes of the location were too much to get over. We will be looking elsewhere during our next trip to the area.

Poor sweet Linda Arrived on a Friday Night, front deck empty. Then Linda arrived. She said she was only employee on property. Gave us our room key with a smile then went behind the bar to pour drinks. She was Superwoman! Shame on the hotel for putting her in that position. She wasn’t complaining just smiling and moving quickly from job to job The hotel itself was unimpressive, Smallest bathroom I ever saw in a Hyatt. air conditioner loud and right next to the bed like a cheap motel. The property is not up to Hyatt Standards

Not the best We were in town for a baseball tourney. We never received any type of housekeeping in our 3 day stay. They did not allow alcohol on the common areas of the hotel, the pool closed at 8:30. Not the friendliest of staff. Bathrooms extremely small. Will not return.
