Nice place right off the freeway! Was traveling alone and felt safe here. I received great service, and the hotel is located right off the freeway. Hotel is also near a bird refuge, and it has an amazing view for wildlife spotting right from my room along with spectacular mountain views. Would stay again here again, thank you!

Definitely Lackluster This place was pretty low-rate. Old, outdated, TV/Dish wasn't working and a staff member ended up having to go up on roof and scrape snow off of it to get it to work. Breakfast was abysmal. Not a lot of other options at this particular half-way point on our road trip, so we just crashed for the night and left early. I wouldn't recommend this place though if you have other options of places to stop.

Dirty, shabby, not secure The elevator was broken, the lock on our door was broken, we had two burned out light bulbs in our room, hair and dead bugs in the bathroom. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, the desk clerk was hard to find, rude and unresponsive when we did find him. We’d paid for two nights but left after one, ate the cost, just not worth it.

Not a great property I am sorry, but I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this stay. The place was DIRTY (and I have photos), the elevator was broken, the vending machine was broken, no extra pillows, no rollaway beds. The attendant took a personal call on her cell phone and got into an argument with someone WHILE she was checking us in. All the carpet in the whole building is coming up everywhere- halls, rooms, everywhere. The shower curtain rod was broken, so the curtain would not close. We had a disabled person with us and everything was more difficult because of the conditions at this property. Highly dissatisfied.

Lack of Maintenance Multiple examples of deferred maintenance....elevator not working nor was laundry. When traveling, these are basics. Also, did not appear to be a recent issue...just no sense of urgency. Would not recommend.
