Dated But Comfortable & Everything Worked We were here for two nights. The hotel is quite dated but overall clean and everything in the room worked. (When I say dated, I mean all of the furniture, fixtures, carpet, etc. in the common areas and rooms were old.) The water pressure was fine; the wi-fi was reliable; the mattress was typical mid-scale Hilton so a bit firm but comfortable; the service was courteous. The included breakfast was fine, what you would expect and typical of Hilton mid-tier hotels.

Warning, Room 204 was filthy! Warning!!! We didn't even stay for an hour!!! Location is good, right off the highway. Common spaces seemed good. Unfortunately, that is where the "good" stops. We had room 204. Upon exiting the elevator, we smelled musty/smoke smell. Our room then also had the same smell. The shower head was filthy. Tub was stained. Bathroom tiles broken. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was food residue on the chairs. Upholstery was stained. Bathroom sink had been broken and patched woth a caulk. Mold visible on walls in toilet/shower room and on window tracks. BLOOD on a bedsheet, yes, blood. Dirt visible on the other bedsheet. We couldn't leave fast enough! Front desk said there were no other rooms available and offered a housecleaning team to come and clean, however we didn't have 2+ hours to step aside while they did the work that they should've done earlier...not to mention a broken sink, wallpaper, stains, and missing grout that's beyond repair. I called the manager after the visit (per the front desk's suggestion, and she gaslit me, saying that there were other rooms available, and that nobody else has complained about that room. Ha! Google says otherwise.. We did speak to the reservations company and got a refund thankfully. Regardless, buyer beware!

Terrible Horrible customer service…had no hot water in the morning. I inquired at the front desk, the elderly gray haired gentleman who checked me in, said he hadn’t received any complaints, and returned to his computer. It appears all workers are overworked , underpaid, and their attitudes reflect that. A huge disappointment for a Hilton property!

What an awful stay! We made a reservation to stay the night before making the long drive home after traveling in Europe for 18 days. When we got there, we were told we had an "upgrade," but instead they gave us a handicapped room that had been smoked in, with mildew on the showerhead and a broken sink (pictures attached), just to name a few things. I complained and was told I'd get a call from the manager, but I didn't ever hear from them. Even the towels smelled like cigarette smoke and I couldn't even take a shower. It was gross, they did nothing about it. I'd reserved a king bed room weeks ago but apparently if you arrive later in the evening you just get what's left over. I'll never go back.

Friendly but Needs Renovation I shortened my one week stay to one night and switched to another hotel. The staff was very professional and polite, but that can't make up for the poor condition of this hotel. Your first impression when you drive up to the hotel is a crumbling parking lot and landscaping of mostly weeds. My first room smelled of cigarette smoke and I was provided another. The next room had a slight smell of smoke, but was better than the first. The room unfortunately had sticky floors, a broken TV, a constantly draining toilet, and a shower door that couldn't close. All furniture, carpet, and walls of this hotel are worn and damaged. This hotel needs a renovation now and I don't recommend staying until a renovation is complete. As a final touch, Hilton's policy when you modify a stay is to charge as much as possible. Each night is assigned two prices, a variable nightly price and an average nightly price for your stay. If you cancel cheap nights, they will charge you the more expensive nightly price of the remaining days. If you cancel expensive nights, they will charge you the more expensive average price of the original stay duration.
