SLUM MOTEL BLACK MOLD I reserved the room on Booking . Com the rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures. When I arrived and got out of my car to check in I was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and Marijuna at the front door and I only having 45 percent lung function found this scary and then when I entered the hotel there was a overwhelming smells of Indian food it stunk in that place. The young boy showed me 3 rooms I being exhausted finally agreed on the 3rd room at 1st glance I didn’t notice things but when I went to put my things on the bed the coverlets were filthy and had spill stains on them and hair and the sheets were dirty and hair on them as well. I called front desk the lady that had taken over the young boys shift came and changed the bed with clean linens she was tired and over worked and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke I use a Nebulizer machine and take breathing treatments so this was bad for me. Then when I got ready to shower there wasn’t enough towels and they were raggedy the shower head was caked in Black Mold so I took a bath after I cleaned the tub it also was dirty with hair in it. The carpet had big stains and I picked up a fungus off the floor I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there they are under staffed and not professional they are cheap running a slum motel and he charged my card 177.00 then charged it again for 21.00 NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Great value We were transiting thru, so we stayed here, we were sceptical as the price was too good, but had had good reviews. Great spot to stay, clean, tidy, fridge in room, beds comfy and lovely hot showers. No breakfast but that’s ok and we knew that on booking. Great value I would recommend and stay there again

Would have given a zero star if I could!!!! The pics of this hotel are not recent and the hotel is no where near as nice as it appears in the pics. The rooms had an overwhelming awful smell which we found was actually the deodorizer. There was shoe prints in the bathroom floor when we walked in and pubic hair in the shower as well as hairs smeared over the mirror. The pool was not in working order but this is not in any of the reviews I had seen. The sheets appeared clean at least and the bed was soft or we were just that exhausted. I brought up the above concerns with the night manager while asking for towels and washrags since there were only 3 towels and 2 wash rags when it was booked for 4 people. He only addressed the lacking linen and said that was all he could do. Then the ice machine on the first floor was not working and I asked the front desk attendant this morning if there was another. He told me I just didn’t know how to use it. I explained that as an adult I was fully capable of using an ice machine but he was welcome to show me. He obliged and agreed that it was in fact not working. The price is reasonable but carry cleaning supplies and warn the kids ahead of time of no pool no matter what the site says if you choose this place.

Bedbugs!!! Me and my boyfriend reserved a Jacuzzi suite. The room was kind of dirty, but I had me some Lysol wipes in my purse and cleaned it up lol… I should have followed my gut instinct and left or asked for another room __‍♀️ That when I woke up the next morning, I had bites all over my right arm shoulder to my elbow from bed bucks when I complain to the front desk they did not offer a refund nor a free night but instead $20 off my next day… Ridiculous. I will not be staying there ever again and I advise people to look elsewhere unless they’re desperate.

Not a great experience We had stayed here within the past year or so. The experience this time was not real good. There was no breakfast at all and elevator broken. We were given second floor room so slogging bags up and down stairs. No notice that elevator was broken and no credit on rate. Some niggling problems that seemed less of an issue last time loomed larger. The bathroom sink is tiniest I have ever seen in a hotel. Sloppy paint throughout, but everything did seem clean and the bed was fine. Front desk check-in experience was not as pleasant as before, and the clerk did not seem to care much about anything. We previously thought this place was a "find" but given the latest experience we will not be returning.
