Very Shady place This hotel might be at the top of my list of worst places to stay. As a frequent traveler of other hotel brands I would avoid this place like the plague. Stayed a few nights for work and sports. Luckily my room as half way decent. some nasty bleach stain on wallpaper. Our teammates rooms were way worse. Ripped carpets, mold, stained walls, and wet sheets. yuck. I cannot confirm this but its seemed this hotel houses some long term residents as the breakfast area was every uncomfortable with them. They seemed to be as another reviewer said "strung out". I would agree with that. Also the smell of weed was brutal. That does not give me a great feeling when there with kids. Stay away.

Horrible experience Upon arrival at the hotel, the person could not find the reservation that we made. Come to find out Reservations booked it under the wrong IGH rewards number. The breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner. The hotel room was dirty. Both nights there were parties outside of our room. When management was contacted they did not provide a resolution, so the parties went on until 3 and 4 am. The manager did compensate 50% for one night but not both nights. The other issue is when we contacted IGH to get the rewards put on our account. It has been three weeks and the rewards are still not on our account. It was due to an error on the booking end. They put someone else's rewards number in the system (which was one number away from ours) so the reservation was made under that person's name. We spent at least 10 hours on the phone to remedy the issue, but they still have not resolved the issue. The customer service is horrible and there is nobody in the United States to speak with.

does anyone work there? i called this hotel multiple times to make changes to my reservation. When I selected "reservations" the line said "that item is not valid". I spoke to one person who couldn't answer my question, then put me on hold for 13 minutes until the line finally went dead. I left two messages for the general manager, and got no call back. I can't say anything about the facilities.

Not at all what we had hoped for given the price I would NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed for a few nights while in the area for a hockey tournament with a female team between 15 and 18 years old and various parents. Check in was fine for myself and the room was interesting. There were weird stains all over the walls. Looked really gross. Room 206. A room a couple doors down had some hypes in it and all you could smell in the hallway was smoke, it was disgusting. Not to mention the loud noise coming from down the hall all evening like it was a porn movie. There were cockroaches in some of the girls rooms, nasty looking stains on the floors that resembled blood. Alot of interesting people in the breakfast area in the morning that appeared very very strung out. It is in a somewhat sketchy side of the road because a really sketchy looking motel 6. A manager in the food area lost his mind on staff one morning in front of guests, not cool and made it very uncomfortable for everyone. Also in the room, I was given one regular coffee and the rest were decaf, uhm no thanks. Who drinks that? All in all, we didn't feel safe at this hotel. Far too much nastiness going on there. There are some good places to eat within walking distances if you feel safe doing so. We ate at a hibachi japanese restaurant about 10 minute walk away and it was fantastic.
