Great place to stay in Cleveland Our stay was great. The room was spotless and free from odors. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature control was easy to use. The staff members were all very friendly. Michelle in the breakfast area was especially nice. The front desk clerk with the amazing manucure was super nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Cleveland Our stay was great. The room was spotless and free from odors. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature control was easy to use. Clean and Comfortable. This hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. I was surprised to see some bad reviews but most related to a lack of shuttle. We drove and parking was free. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a chaise lounge which was nice. Service at check in was friendly and helpful

A Hampton Inn that need a change of staff. I am a Gold member with Hilton Honors and I booked stay at this Hamptons Inn and I have never had a problem parking my tractor trailer at any Hilton Properties except this one. I arrived at 4 pm and I was parking at a man came out and told me I could not park. He threatened to have the police tow my truck. There were a couple other truck parked and he told me I had to leave I told him I have a reservation and he said he will cancel it I gave him my name and left and parked on the street trying to find another hotel late in the day and rush hour traffic. I called the front desk and asked for a cancellation number and I was told I could not have one with such a nasty tone. I called a Hampton that he suggested and it was way out of my way and the price was very high. I called the Fairfield Inn on the other side of the road behind the Cracker Barrel restaurant and they allowed me to park and stay with out any problem.

Nice hotel. Quiet location off the main road. Very nice property. Inviting lobby. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice, clean room but the bed was too firm for me so not a very restful night. Breakfast was fresh and kept stocked. Lot was well lit and secure.

Poor customer service/shuttle service Shuttle service is confusing and seems that not everyone understands how it works. Shuttle service to the airport was great after our overnight stay. However, we were refused shuttle service back to hotel after our trip because we did not have an active reservation. On the morning we left the hotel, we were told to call the front desk and would get shuttled back, but in the end we were refused this service and had to Uber.
