Holiday Inn has reached new heights with this hotel. We stayed here as it was the closest to the Fort Dade Park and Dade County Fair Grounds where we were participating in the Convocation of Seminole Historians. The room was clean and well-appointed, the bed ideal, and the best hotel pillows ever...one marked firm the other soft - Great idea! The breakfast assortment was wonderfully varied and food delicious! The receptionist, Carey (although I think I called her Carly) should teach all other receptionists how to manage a hotel. She is warm, inviting and willing to help with any request...clone her!

Good Stay Good Stay. The seems to want to not help as if you are a bother - but eventually they come around and are much better and nice. Breakfast areas is a little small and tight. Lobby is large and opening welcome. Business Center still not working sadly. Pool was nice for a very warm Jan in central FL.

Family Gathering Accommodations were very comfortable, room was clean & appeared to have been one of the remodeled units. Hopefully they upgrade the exterior door card readers. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had lately. But mostly I thought Diane at the front desk was outstanding. She went out of her way to help solve a problem that came up unexpectedly. Thanks

wedding stop Flew into Tampa and came up to Spring Hill area for a wedding. We booked two nights in a double queen suite. Acess from the highway is a little tricky, especially at night. The hotel is being patched up and painted which is understandable but it almost looked as if the project was on hold. Check on was easy amd the staff was very friendly, everyone. The room was very bland, bathroom was dreary and the hot water was not hot. Typical HEI breakfast was average. Only one small, slow elevator. Good for a night but not an extended stay.

Convenient and comfortable Hotel is undergoing some upgrades and that did not prevent a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location is convenient to I75 and dining. Our room was quiet and comfortable although the bath could use some work.
