AVOID THIS LOCATION!! This building is disgusting and should be closed until fumigated, renovated, and updated. I have been in bad hotels. I have been in dirty hotels. This Comfort Suites in Brunswick GA is beyond horrible. There is absolutely no excuse for any hotel to be this nasty and neglected. The smell was terrible, especially the elevator which smelled like a urinal. The bathroom had mold growing very noticeably. The beds were stained. The towels were stained. The bed frame was broken with metal sticking out from the frame and hidden by the comforter. My wife injured her leg on this metal and it will scar. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. Please avoid this horrible excuse of a hotel at all costs! Also, we were offered a 20% discount which was insulting. We were refunded in full when I mentioned that they would receive the medical bill if my wife's leg became infected from her injury that was caused by their neglect. Any reviews that paint this place as a great place to stay have to be fabricated by the owner. I hope the local health department pays them a visit soon.

What a disappointment Stay somewhere else. The led parking lot lights shine in the window. They should have black out curtains not sheer drapes. Bedside lamp doesn’t work. Phone & clock radio are decorations & don’t work either. Way overpriced for the quality of the room.

If housekeeping is running the hotel... It really doesn't mean anything if you have a decent hotel if housekeeping is running this. This hotel is just fine. Nothing special, though. Breakfast needs to be a little better. Front desk people okay. Although we were checked into a room that wasn't ready. The big problem is having the "do not disturb" sign on the door and someone banging on that door. That will get you a bumb review and a meager tip, every single time. This is easily fixed if the manager is paying attention. We are in this area quite a bit. Liked the Southwest points for this property, but we won't come back.

Outdated and dingy looking rooms This place is definitely in need of remodeling. The TV is impossible. Hot water was hard to find on the shower control. Bedside lamp only half works. Phone is broken. No ice machine. No pool as advertised. Lamp is needed beside the sofa so you don’t ned to read in the dark. The man at the front desk tries but there is just too much wrong with this dated hotel. Only good thing was the excellent breakfast.

Had to change rooms but was never comfortable I was very disappointed with this comfort inn as we often use them when traveling. upon arrival in our room, I noticed a small bug on a dresser top. This was not a problem for me until I saw two more Within 30 minutes. I called the front desk and was disappointed in their lack of concern. Although they did offer to change rooms, they offered me no assistance in relocating. I had a picture of the bugs which I shared with the front desk, and later I identified as a cockroach. I would not recommend this comfort inn off of 95 in Brunswick
