Fun time... I stayed for an executive development training with several other law enforcementprofessionals, but my stay was quite memorable. I got to experience their first ever karaoke night! Sang away thanks to GM Katie Paddock. Thank you for the welcoming stay!

Great value for the money! Nice hotel. Great location. Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was good. This hotel is pet friendly which was very important for us. The front desk representative was very friendly and let us check in earlier at no cost. We will definitely return back.

Loved staying at this hotel! My mom and I were out of power from Beryl this hotel was the only one that answered and booked us our room. The bartender Trinn was my favorite! And I believe the manager with the glasses Katie was so helpful with anything I needed. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and it’s in a great area for shops! We had such a relaxing time by the pool as well! 10/10 loved it here

Good, but a BW Premier? Hotel Rating Due to a balance issue, where available, I request an “accessibility enhanced” room—primarily for the grab bars in the bathroom. This review addresses three items: the room, the bathroom, and the provided breakfast. ROOM: Positive: Very clean; Comfortable bed; furniture and cabinets in good condition; AC cooled well; in room safe for valuables; carbon monoxide detector. Negative: Room was small and cluttered. This could present a problem for individuals using a wheel chair or walker; limited desk space; although the AC fan was quiet, the compressor was loud. It sounded like a truck with engine running was outside the window; thin walls resulting in noise potential. On first night of stay we could hear muffled talking in a normal voice level through the walls. On second night, no neighboring occupant, thus, no noise. BATHROOM. Positive: Excellent grab bar installation; abundant hot water. Negative: Not a walk-in shower but a bathtub. There was a fold down seat, but it was so far from the water controls, assistance would be needed to bathe; the bathtub was very slick, and there was no bath mat. BREAKFAST. Positive: Availability of adult cereal, e.g., raising bran; apples and oranges were available; oatmeal was well-prepared; coffee was okay, but not great; hardboiled eggs were available, although chilled and not at room temperature. Negative: Food layout was cramped. There was not enough counter space; abysmal scrambled eggs, although this is true of the scrambled eggs provided at most breakfast-provided hotels; overly sweet vanilla yogurt stored in a bag and dispensed like soft-serve ice cream. Single serve yogurt in multiple flavors would be better; failure to replenish items that had run out (e.g., half & half) or were in low supply (e.g., blueberries). OVERALL: The hotel was Good, although the breakfast was only Fair. This was our second stay at this BW, and we will likely stay again in the future. But, my wife and I are not sure what makes this a BW Premier. The room was cramped and the provided breakfast was only Fair. It’s no better than other BWs we’ve stayed at—primarily BW Plus. Unless it was the lobby bar, “the plush amenities and features [that] will always leave a lasting impression” were not obvious to us.
