Just What I Needed! I needed a quiet, conveniently-located, safe, yet inexpensive place to stay for a while. This place has it all, especially when considering the price comparisons for other nearby hotels. The people running this place are really nice and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The King bed was had just the right amount of support for me, which is important when I'm not in my own bed. On top of all that, the location is unbeatable for access to just about any kind of restaurant or shopping you may want to do. The Bryant-Benton area has really been growing in the last few years, and many new businesses have been locating in the area. If you're passing through central Arkansas and need a place to stay that won't strain your budget, give America's Best Value Inn a try. Thank you to Mr. Patel and all of the staff for making my stay a pleasant one!

Nice quiet place. My friend and I stayed here one night. Nice room we had with all we needed on the upper floor. Owner was very nice to talk to in the morning. Nice fellow! Coffee in the morning in the lobby and some snack bars. Not much, but better than nothing. I would stay here again.

Trucker Very nice little place to stay. Had to park truck and trailer on street in front of hotel. Not really a fan of that. But the room is nice and clean. No complaints from me!! The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Only place available or don’t Got stuck without having a reservation elsewhere or I wouldn’t have given this property another chance. Believe me next time I’ll drive further to avoid this place. I don’t lie spending my money where it’s not appreciated and that’s how these people make me feel. Breakfast is worthless and attitude is not welcoming. Never Again !!!’n

Benton project Called everywhere and this was the cheapest around. When I talked with the receptionist about restaurants locations she said I could step out of the room and close my eyes close close my eyes throw a rock and hit one. She wasn’t kidding. I had single king room that was very comfortable, would I stay again with out hesitation, yes.
