3 star hotel trying to pass itself off as a 5 star hotel. This is a three star hotel trying to market itself as a five star hotel. They have five star prices and that’s where the five star ends. Minimal towels, one washcloth. Hairdryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. No grab bars in the shower. Dated rooms. if I wanted to take a tub bath, I couldn’t because there was no cover for the drain in the tub. Tub could’ve stood a good caulking. All in all very disappointing experience for over $200 a night.

Employees are willing to completely invade your privacy The front desk apparently made a mistake and put me in a different room than the room they assigned to me. The first night I was there, two people were trying to get into my room and I told them there must have been a mistake. I assume they went down to the front desk to be reassigned to another room, meaning the hotel was aware that someone was staying in Room 216 on Thursday night. Instead of immediately calling or coming up to my room or even figuring it out Friday morning, they waited until Friday afternoon when I was not in the room to PHYSICALLY TOUCH AND REMOVE ALL OF MY BELONGINGS FROM MY ROOM TO THE LOBBY OFFICE. Included in these belongings were hundreds of dollars worth of products that were haphazardly thrown into a garbage bag, some of which weren't even closed. I asked for a discounted rate for my stay to make up for this insane violation of privacy. I was offered points on my account to be used in the future but I don't often travel and stay in hotels even less so I wouldn't use points. They've refused to discount my stay thus far. So you better hope the front desk doesn't make a mistake or else they're willing to completely invade your space and take your stuff from the room you've paid for.

Discourteous and Unprofessional Management We were happy with our room, but the way we were treated when we checked out was disgraceful. We had reserved 4 nights, March 11 - 15, but our circumstances changed on the morning of March 14 so we asked the clerk if we could check out then and was told we could. We immediately packed and turned in our key cards. The clerk said he was not authorized to take off charges for that night, but the general manager would be in at 1:00 pm and could take care of it then. I came back after 1:00 pm and was then told by the same clerk that the general manager would not credit our last night because we had not given 24 hour notice. I asked to speak with the general manager. She never came out to speak with me and instead sent another employee out to say that there would be no credit. I was not provided with a statement for our stay. On March 15 I received an email statement that stated we were checked out on March 15 by Agarci. This is not true since we checked out on March 14. FYI - While waiting at the desk, I heard the clerk tell a customer that they were completely booked and had no available rooms. They could have rented the room we checked out of, authorized a credit to us, and not been out any money whatsoever. We will not stay at this or any other Choice hotel, nor recommend them, due to the discourteous and unprofessional behavior of the general manager.

Excellent The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great! We booked a block a rooms for our daughter's wedding which included an after party at the hotel bar and breakfast the next morning! Everything went perfectly!

Several Little Irritations but a Very Good Room There were a few irritation things but more on that later. So I would give it a 4- Over all the room, lobby, and eating area were good with a friendly check in. The towels were very good. There were adequate 120v outlets. The lighting was one of the best I have had in a hotel room. It was a little difficult to get to, signage would have helped. Sink was a bit high. I found navigating the TV channels a little difficult. If you like sports there were plenty of channels for them and not much else. The TV did not swivel so as to make it easy to view from the couch. It was aimed straight at the bed. The AC in room 412 was noisy.
