Best choice for lodging in the area. Hands down. I have made repeated trips to the Budd Lake area over approximately 1 year. On each visit I have always returned to this hotel. Victoria, Violetta and Cheryl never fail to prove my choice a wise one. The staff are the key to the welcoming feeling and seamless operation that make for a pleasant stay. Cherish, Chloe and Nana have housekeeping well in hand. A recent addition of Fabian, as maintenance man, is evident in the upgrades and changes to the building and grounds. Noticeable and substantial improvements are evident. Tom and Peter round out the desk staff quite capably. All seem well chosen, and make for a good team approach. I vote a strong recomend.

I stayed at many hotels for leisure and business. The total experience of my stay at that hotel was among the best. I was incredibly pleased with my stay at this hotel. Hotel staff members with whom I interacted were extremely courteous and helpful, and highly professional. Further, areas inside and outside of the building where I roamed during my stay, were very well-kept and visually pleasing. I was satisfied with my room, at no time did I feel unsafe, and amenities that I used were fully functional.

Hotel that feels like a home. This hotel is run very well by friendly front desk staff that are always willing to help. Room is clean, quiet and offers most of the comforts of home. There is even a recliner to enjoy television which is a added bonus.Great kitchenette and cookware is available to use. Clean laundry room.Just an all around nice place to stay.Plenty of stores and a trampoline center within walking distance for the kids.

Staff and facility review I have been a recent visitor on several occasions. The staff, from housekeeping to front office have been outstanding. Violetta,Marcy and the G.M. are particularly good at handling an often challenging position. The young men on night duty were also well chosen for their jobs. Property and rooms are well maintained and located in an easily accessible area for travelers. Services and shopping are all nearby, many within walking distance. Certainly a wise choice for lodging in the area.

Not for the average traveler We had never stayed at this brand hotel before and I really should have done more research. I called before we traveled and asked if they had a roll in shower and was told they had none just bars in the tub. Upon arrival I was told they DID in fact have one roll in room but it was occupied. So we took the room with more bars in the shower. We were staying for six nights but many people there were long term. There were many dogs and among them were a black lab, German shepherd, and someone with two dogs that weighed about 20 pounds each. There was a distinct odor in the hallways and fans blowing full speed. We did see a sign on one door that read 'pet inside'. This is definitely a 'no frills' hotel. We were told upon arrival that if we needed clean towels we were to 'bag the dirty ones up' and bring them down to the desk for clean ones. There was a half size refrigerator and the light was out. If you wanted ice you could make it yourself. There was a two top burner and a microwave near the sink. You could 'rent' dishes and utensils or bring your own. I saw a couple check in with their air fryer. We needed to wash a pair of jeans that got soiled and it was $3.50 for the washer and also for the dryer .The furniture was very worn and there was a big burn mark in our carpet. I will say that the bed was quite comfortable. If you're a traveling nurse or someone who travels for a length of time for work this might be a good fit for you but not really for the average traveler.
