Never Again Update 7/21/25 - last chance update; while the front desk has improved their service, the "General Manager" Emmanuel has zero business running a hotel. First of all, this stay was the topper. Our shower began leaking from the wall out onto the floor. After a full day at Knotts, so this was 10pm. I contacted the front desk, no rooms available to move. I mean there were but they were all dirty because housekeeping didn't clean all the rooms, just those that were on reserve for the day. Our option for showers? Go to a room that is unable to be rented out because of the horrible smell in the room. We were told the General Manager could help further in the morning. What time? 7am. Fast forward to the am, told he doesn't have a set schedule, so, comes in when he chooses. 930am speak with Emmanuel who basically says he can do a 10% discount. I let him know this wasn't acceptable and ask for his supervisor. He states he's the general manager and answers to nobody. Im thinking he answers to corporate. Unfortunately, the owner is an LLC. They've been contacted but I have no hope they will do anything. As typical, there are no towels. So definitely bring your own towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and pool towels if you insist on staying here. I don't know how exactly a hotel runs out of towels. Either they have not purchased enough or housekeeping doesn't wash them before leaving for the night. Rooms are still dirty. Floors are gross. Spiders and webs everywhere. Construction work throughout hotel. 2 out of 4 elevators actually work. Stairwell past 1st floor do not have lights, so even if you choose stairs it's a dangerous adventure. Don't walk beneath a palm tree, many widow makers waiting for you. Overall, it's clear a kid runs the hotel. Maintenance is non-existent. Never again. Update 6/26/25- visited again and wanted to give an update. Front desk customer service has greatly improved, so I've updated that rating. Rooms smell much better. Keys stopped working every night, so that's still an issue, especially when returning late from Knotts. Housekeeping needs improvement. The floors in the rooms are gross, turn your feet or socks black, and still super stingy with towels. One hand towel and one wash cloth in the room at check-in, then no more for 3 days.There were noo towels available for the pool, had to go buy beach towels at Walmart. Bathrooms need renovating and the bathroom doors are ridiculously heavy!Why do we return? Location. Some small tweaks and this place could be great. Offer breakfast. Have towels. Fix the key card situation. Improve housekeeping. Original review - Sitting outside our room at 1130pm, missing front desk help, and no way into the room. Front desk help named Jack, if thats really his name, finally shows up after 30 minutes waiting with 3 kids outside our room and he says "I was only away from the desk 5 min". Then proceeded to deny multiple keys because we didn't have the old keys to give him. The ONLY thing going for this place is the location. Period.

Great 10 night stay! Excellent stay in room 409 for 10 nights-Couldn’t have asked for a better break away-Everyone from reception to housekeeping to the guys cleaning and maintaining the pool area were so hardworking and friendly-Aircon worked brilliantly and came back to a lovely clean and cool room everyday-Great location and would definitely stay again for even longer next time!

Avoid !!! My family stayed here. We booked for two nights and ultimately had to find another hotel after night one. We had over 100 family members booked for our family reunion and more than half found roaches in the room and issues with plumbing. Some toilets would flush and the water would get hot. Towels were stained, room was dirty over all.

Our Stay! Linda at the front desk was incredibly helpful during my stay. She greeted me with a warm smile and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my experience much better. I truly appreciated her friendly and professional demeanor, which made me feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding service Linda provided!
