Wyndham This is an awesome place to stay. Rooms are cleaned. Staff is friendly especially Randy and Bethany at front desk. Also Shelby, Leo and Mitchell the bellboys are always willing too drive you anywhere. I've stayed here many times over the last couple years having to go to Roswell. And I would recommend this place to everyone if you ever have to stay in Buffalo this is the place to stay!!

Worst Hotel Ever Mold all over the room, wallpaper was peeling. We were not even able to spend the night and had to book a different hotel. By far the worst property I have ever stayed at. Do not bother even considering staying at this place, find a different hotel.

There’s no grand This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. The service was horrible. We were told that the lounge was open with food available until 1am. That there was a breakfast buffet starting at 830am and a bistro for coffee opened at 6am. Well after returning from a local concert (11pm) the bartender said he already called last call for food and that he was going to call last call for the bar soon. I told him what we were told and he agreed to take a food order. We ordered food and drinks. After 15-20 minutes I asked if he forgot our drinks he said oh yeah what did you want again. Food came out and it was literally room temperature. I ordered another drink and after another 15 minutes I asked if he forgot again. He became very rude and unprofessional I showed him the sheet we received at check in stating the loung was opened till 1am. He insisted that he was doing us a favor by staying open and if we didn’t like it we could go back to our room. Enough on that you get the picture At 830am I went to the lobby to get coffee and discovered there wasn’t anything open to get a cup of coffee and was told the buffet wasn’t going to open at all and the bistro might be open by 9 Needless to say we packed up and got out of there with absolutely no plans to go back oh yeah it was the first time staying at a hotel that I had to pay $10 to park on their property. Go figure So if you are ever in the area I suggest you go somewhere where they will leave the light on then staying ate this horrible hotel. Never been so disappointed

Showers are gross The only reason I put two stars is because of the restaurant workers. The workers, Steve and Carl, were extremely nice and were the only pleasurable thing about the hotel. The showers were disgusting and did NOT drain. my business associates and I were all standing in a foot of shower water every time we had to shower. The heater in the room did NOT work either and we constantly woke up in the freezing cold weather of Buffalo. The blankets were disgusting too. I have also read that two other people were robbed at this hotel and it made me in a constant state of paranoia that I too would be robbed. The door locks were half broken as well and there was holes in the hallway’s walls. The vending machines were nice though, lots of options and cheap.

Dated and poorly kept rooms, great location We visited with a group of friends who were all staying here. I was very hesitant after reading the reviews. We found most of what was in the reviews to be true but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Our room was very dated with popcorn ceiling, fading wallpaper, stains on the chair and curtains. Otherwise the bedding and room seemed reasonable clean and was probably nice many years ago. After Lysoling everything I felt ok about it. On the positive side the location is great. You can easily walk everyone you want to go downtown. The hotel bar area was nice. The service was slow but there was a lot of space and it had a nice laid back vibe. Overall, this place has great potential and will probably be nice when fully renovated. If you stay know what to expect and decide if you can live with that. The rates were very reasonable for a Saturday night while the surrounding hotels were outrageous due to a Bills game. Also, they are slowly renovating so if you stay request a renovated room. Would I stay again now, no. Would I try it again when fully renovated, yes.
