Great Hotel in Burbank ! This was a great hotel, very close to shopping , food and drinks, and universal studio ! Would definitely come back, rooms are nice and clean and Peter and the front staff were wonderful on helping us with any of out needs. The Free breakfast was really good as well . Definitely worth it .

Great Hotel in Burbank ! This was a great hotel, very close to shopping , food and drinks, and universal studio ! Excellent Stay at the Quality Inn Burbank Airport I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn Burbank Airport! Every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to venues in Burbank and Los Angeles. The rooms are nicely appointed with a wide range of amenities. The free breakfast, complimentary airport shuttle, and the beautiful pool and hot tub were much appreciated, and Jack in the Box is right next door. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dirty Just walking in and there is dirty pubic hair left in the bath. Couldn’t get ahold of reception to have someone come clean. Had trouble reaching anyone prior to arrive too. Bed and rest of room were eh - ok I guess.

What a horrible experience! OMG! I had to drop my daughter in Burbank, she had a meeting with her musical band on the next day. She is 18 years old and the lady at the front desk, which is the owner not just an admin by the way asked for my daughter's ID. My daughter gave her her ID and she literally started counting the months just to tell me "She is not 18, isn't she?" Which really made me mad because she couldn't even count. Hostile, cheap, truly horrible!!!Also, before I drove my kid there I called the hotel and I was told that the hotel was $145 per night. When we went there she said it was $165 and if we were paying cash we had to leave ....$150.00 deposit!! We just had to leave. Horrible experience!!! Sometimes I wonder if these people know what hospitality industry means!!

Trying to be nice...... Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. People working here were not my issue. The actual room was (I think by looking at it) fairly recently remodeled as it was up to date and pleasant. Unfortunately this is were I can no longer be nice. The lobby was very dirty and in dire need of repair. The elevator was filthy. The location is right next to a very busy stretch of highway, and what I can only describe as a "drag strip". Cars raced past the motel till 3am. Extremely loud cars - imagine fast and furious.....no joke. Windows did nothing to keep any of this noise out. The Fast food place next door is the ONLY place to get ANY food. The service trucks run ALL night long to the place next door and again the noise is unbelievable. This is a motel. Your door opens out onto the walkway. The foot traffic is loud and constant. If you travel alone as I do, you do not feel safe. Sorry I know this is Burbank but to charge this much money for this motel is not right. Again the staff were very helpful and that includes the over night people, but the facility was sub-par.
