Clean and as expected, except one employee Almost everything was great, there was only one employee at the front desk who was rude. From the time my husband called to move our trip back a day (due to sickness) until the time we checked out, her attitude was terrible. The room was clean, pool was clean, we were always given what we needed. Only one person didn't seem happy to help us.

Great Stay The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel and maid staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is also in a great location, surrounded by plenty of places to eat and easy freeway access. I would have no problem staying here again.

Great customer service I stayed at this chain every evening while in Texas and this hotel had the best service. All the hotels provided similar accommodations but your hotel followed guest service to the “t”. Verified my card and who I am. Sent me a text to check on if my room was ok and then gave me the qr code by giving a card. Job well done!

Beds are crazy comfortable! Very nice, clean easy to access off of interstate 35 in Burleson TX. Staff was very friendly, bed was crazy comfortable. Walking distance to two restaurants (Outback and Cracker Barrel ) I slept so well, that means a lot in a hotel. I will stay again when I’m back in town.

Roaches!!! The management is terrible! My family and I stayed in room 212 on 01-12-2024. We woke up the next morning 01-13-2024 to a cockroach crawling in our bed. Upon further inspection, we found more roaches throughout the room as well as mouse droppings under the sink. We immediately gathered our things to go check out and advised the lovely lady at the front desk. She advised us to email Max, the general manager. I sent an email to Max, 1-13-24 at 7:52 A.M. As of today 1/24/24, I have yet to get a response from Max. My aunt, who generously paid ($146.54) for our stay called the hotel and they advised her that they had left a voice-mail on my phone (which they did not) and that the cleaning ladies didn't find a thing in the room. They refused to let my Aunt speak to the general manager or help her get in contact with corporate. The way this is being handled is absolutely appalling. One or two bugs, I could understand, it happens. Multiple bugs and rodent droppings, then to call me a liar, that is not okay.
