If it’s one night you will be fine if not find another place The staff is AMAZING! They are so kind and friendly and very helpful. As for the hotel…..well it’s rough I would say. The beds are WONDERFUL and comfy but they are on metal stands and the bed makes noise every time you roll over. The shower is interesting to say the least our room had no drain system so it just went down a “hole”. It’s a two story hotel and no elevator so be ready to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. The stair ways are storage places for old equipment and furniture. It was one of the only hotels they accepted dogs so we had to stay or we would have moved on quickly.

DON'T STAY HERE THEY ARE UNHELPFUL AND ROOMS ARE FILTHY This place looks nothing like the pictures. When I walked thru the halls there was materials like they were remodeling which is understandable. The room was filthy. Trash already in the trash, tissue paper in the toilet, dirt on the floor before we even passed the door into the room. What really disgusted me was the dirty, sticky mystery crust on the floor between the beds. Then after we decided to leave the location, they wouldn't refund us. They were rude and told us we had to speak to a manager to be refunded. Then we spoke to your company and waited on hold for a long time just to be told it's policy to cancel 24 hours in advance. How would we be able to cancel in advance if we canceled because the hotel wasn't up to par? I will never use this company or hotel again. All u booking agencies are trash when it comes to handling problems. Sure, they tried to offer us another room at the same location but why would we want to when the room we got was barely cleaned? Even worse, they went to check the room and said it was clean. MAKE THE WHOLE STAFF WEAR GLASSES INCLUDING LITTLE HOMIE "CLEANING" THE ROOMS.

Not the best I have avoided Quality Inns in the past for similar reasons but the reviews made it sound better than it was. There was litter in the parking lot. The curtains in the room had big holes, the mattress was hard and the sheets were rough and there was a bug on the bathroom floor. This place needs a major clean up.

Be afraid, be very afraid Do NOT give these people access to your card until you have seen your room . The first floor room was filthy, smelled like smoke , windows could not be secured . The room was unsafe as well as unsanitary. Personnel refused to refund all or any money that was charged . For safety reasons and Covid fear, it was not worth staying the night . On the other hand , there is a wonderful Comfort Inn and Suites close by , clean , well lit , and a smoke free campus . Buyer beware at Quality Inn Burlington Iowa

One night was enough. I really hate to be 'that guy' leaving a bad review, but this was just a terrible experience. Super nice folks on the front end, clearly dealing with filthy hotel standards that they kinda have to look beyond in order to work there. We had two rooms, and both were equally as bad: body fluids on the bed skirting, extremely dirty cover blanket, deeply stained and unclean carpet, odd smelling sheets, body hairs in the sink and around the bathroom, broken shower rod, an frayed and old shower curtain, oddly enough a beer can crushed into the hair dryer, almost literally everything you could make a cliche list of. We checked in from a delayed flight so it was too late to just leave... but within an hour I had a new reservation down the road on-line. And don't get me started on that breakfast that was served. Again, I'm sorry to be negative, but the pictures posted of the rooms have nothing to do with the reality. But try it for yourself, they did have decent water pressure and hot water.
