good cheep stay I was driving into KC and had a snow storm and it was a life saver to find this hotel. I could have push on be this was the safe thing to do. Good clean room and the owner didn't jack up the price because of the snow storm. Thank you!

Photos of the Disgusting State of this Hotel The worst hotel I have ever been to. I am not sure how to upload more photos to my original review so I am making this post to continue to express my absolute dissatisfaction with the Super 8 in Terra Haute, Indiana. The whole hotel was unacceptably unclean, smelling of mold and mildew. I would imagine any 5 star review of this hotel is a fabrication written by the hotel itself. The staff was highly inattentive, indiffernet, and apathetic toward my situation. Bed bugs and blood stains and they just didn't care. It seemed like they deal with unhappy customers all the time and just brush off the complaints. If they refunded all the people who complained they would go out of buisness in a week.

Terrible This place is horrible, its dirty and rundown. If you look at their website,it says 49.99 a night, its a lie. We had 2 crews staying at their motel and we paid for a week at a time. They charged us over $400 when it should have been around $280 and then when we had to add a few nights to each room they charged us different rates for each room and it still wasn't even close to the prices that they advertise on their website. I recommend going somewhere else.

Filthy The first room that I was given had feces on the front of the toilet down to the floor, it had not been cleaned obviously. I told the night clerk and he assigned me to another room. This room had dried urine on the toilet and when I pulled the cover and top sheet back on the bed I noticed that it was all wrinkled as if someone had slept in it and that fresh sheets had not been put on after the last guest. This prompted me to look closer and I found black pubic hairs on the bottom sheet. I went to the night clerk and asked for clean sheets and explained my concerns, he just looked at me with a blank stare. When I stripped the sheets off the mattress the mattress cover was revealed to have blood and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains on it. This place is filthy and discusting.

Ok for a bed and shower When I stopped to ask for a room I was not greeted as a potential customer. This is a basic hotel. They did gave a small continental breakfast where you could make a waffle. The rest was either cereal, oatmeal, or plastic wrapped pastries.
