Garner Hotel Butte Southeast by IHG

Sketchy housekeeping I was impressed with the layout of our family suite - there's even a stove if you want to save money and eat in! Unfortunately, I'm skeptical that our room had been fully clean. There was a long hair on the bathroom floor, and the former guests had left behind some belongings, e.g. taco shells and a bottle of Old Spice.

Average hotel good for 1 or 2 night stay. Rooms are clean and front desk staff welcoming. Pet smell in corridors Average hotel good for 1/2 night stay. Clean rooms and nice beds. Breakfast was ok . Mgmt should consider limiting pets to ground floor as there is a peculiar smell in the corridors. Unfortunately corridors look dated and could do with updating

Great stay, will return Just what the title says. Quick access from I-90 and I-15, good parking for oversized vehicles, prompt & professional check-in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, hot options, WONDERFUL BREAKFAST ATTENDANT! Will stay here again.

Love this place Was in Butte for Meetings. Per usual, the breakfast was outstanding. Paula the breakfast attendant is a breath of fresh air! The room was comfortable and clean. The rate was affordable. I stay there everytime I'm in Butte.

Twilight Hotel Let me start with what went well. We had a place to bed down for the night that was safe and secure. To add to that, the bed was big and all the linens were fresh. Now onto what didn’t go so well…as we waited to be checked in at the front desk, there were two gentlemen behind the counter. Not sure why, but only one could provide any kind of service while the other guy just stood there with no purpose. The one single elevator in the hotel was oddly located at a random far end of the hotel, nowhere near the front entrance. It was a puzzle just getting to the elevator because you have to go through separate stairwells and through several doors just to get to it. Once you make it to the elevator, you’re overwhelmed by a foul stench of what could possibly be a flood that never dried up or is still drying up in the carpeted floor. Both of the available dryers in the laundry room were out of order. Each floor is divided into two sections so your room could be on the complete other end of the second or third floor which means you have to go through a series of doors and stairwells just to figure that out. We finally make it to the room and we find a random croc that was left behind underneath the bed. I could spot it without even having to get down on my hands and knees so that goes to show the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff. Not to mention, there was pink silly putty on the wall that was coming off just from swiping my finger through it. Lastly, the refrigerator and the A/C did nothing to cool the drinks and the room.
