Villa Del Palmar Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas

Poolside service Nico the poolside water was amazing! Always attentive and kind. He is the definition of a hardworker. One afternoon my daughter was not feeling well and he made her a special drink to help her stomach. He checked on her and later brought her a second one. I appreciate his hospitality and kindness.

Our Cabo home at VDP Cabo _‍♀️ W Our family has come to VDP Cabo for the past 20+ years and consider it our Cabohome. We consider Edgar and All of the Bellmen Family! Andres at the pool is our go-to server- always friendly and efficient/ he’s the best ! Carlos too! Let’s not forget Alberto who’s always there to find my hubby a special chair. We initially bought into Arco, but VDP is our family resort and will always be! Can’t wait to see all the updates completed. Will be back in November

Decent resort but no access to beach currently We are currently staying here today is July 31, 2025. They have started shutting the hotel down for a renovation coming in a few weeks. Many amenities are not available currently. We had been making do by using the beach. They removed all beach chairs and umbrellas saying this was because of the earthquake in Russia but all of the adjoining hotels have their beach running as usual. And any risk of a tsunami this far south ended yesterday. We know because we booked fishing and had to wait until they reopened the port. Over all the rooms and food have been good. Service can be slow at times, and you often have to hunt for your server to sign you bill. I think if we were booking today we would have chose another place. I wanted to let those who might be looking to book a quick trip in August know about the beach issue as there is currently no access to it from this resort,

Okay Resort was okay. The carpet hallway smelled bad but I hear they are doing renovations. Nice walkable distance to downtown San Lucas and I liked that it was at beachfront.

Lovely resort right on the beach We have been to this resort many times, for family gathering, couples vacations and girlfriend getaways. We have never had bad service and the property is very well maintained. It is not a new resort but it has always been kept up. Depending on the time of year the beach is not always swimmable, but it is lovely for long walk in the sand. You can walk along the beach or the road to get to town or take the local collective. It is about a 15-20 minutes walk the town is very lively but the resort is out of the way so nice and quiet. We tend to eat in town as the food in the resort is pricey or just grab some food by the pool.
