No Elevator and heavily fragranced! AVOID if injured (stairs only) an NIGHTMARE FOR asthma/allergies!! Was told by front seat the rooms are fragrance free—I specifically asked what that encompassed. I have severe asthma & allergies & was ASSURED the rooms are fragrance free. The carpeting is HEAVILY SCENTED, will likely have to go sleep outside in my vehicle tonight. Even the air purifier I brought just in case can’t put a dent in it! Stairs only! NOT stated there is no elevator on website!!! Knee injury (torn MCL); climbing to upstair room, and luggage—DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Only saving grace was that front desk staff person was nice. Didn’t stop my asthma or manifest an elevator, but polite personnel deserve acknowledgment.

breakfest there wasn't to many options the yogurt was warm, no milk for cereal , plates an napkins to high to reach boiled eggs were very old

Adequate Spaces & Amenities We were greeted by the front desk and provided a spacious room with some unique features that included a sink outside the bathroom and an open closet when first walking in the room. The carpeted space did have a strong odor, maybe wood smoke or something, that permeated the space. The pool was great - large and warm, great for laps. The hot tub was nice as well, but can easily become overcrowded. The pool towels are extremely small, maybe to prevent theft? The breakfast was adequate, providing a few options for vegetarians. However, the one microwave was not adequate during busy mornings. Plenty of parking. No elevator to second floor. No filtered water source for filling water bottles or making tea/coffee. The drinking fountain water was not very tasty. We slept well, but weekends clearly are busy time so plan accordingly if you prefer sharing space with fewer guests.

Great place The key to a great hotel is service and cleanliness. They hit it out of the park. Excellent!!!! Tressa at the Desk and Billy Jo in Housekeeping were OUTSTANDING. The facility has had recent upgrades in the exterior and its rooms as well. It is very clean. The Breakfast area could still use some upgrades, but I believe this is a work in progress. I recommend this to others. I will return.
