Clean, Friendly and just perfect for my needs. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for my plans. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed. The location felt safe to me as a solo female traveler. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.

Clean, Friendly and just perfect for my needs. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for my plans. Manager is argumentative. The hotel was OK. Did not get the room I paid for. Paid for a room with a pull-out to accommodate 6 people but was given a room without a pullout. Carpet was very dirty. Website indicated a pet fee of $20 per night for up to 2 pets. Got charged $40 for two small dogs. Brought this to the attention of the hotel manager. I told the manager he should change the wording if they are going to charge per pet. The manager just argues that the cost is per pet when the website clearly does not state per pet. Hopefully the hotel update the information. Breakfast wasn't bad but the floor in the breakfast area was sticky. I would have rated a 3 to 3.5 if the management would have given a better response.

Average The hotel is not in a great area but not a terrible area either. To give you an idea of the area, there are many storefronts that are completely deserted. The hotel is 100% smoke-free however every common area (lobby, hallways) smelled highly of Marijuana and or cigarettes. The room however was clean and did not have a smell in it. The bed was hard, this could be good or bad. I prefer softer mattresses but I did sleep alright. The breakfast was average, what you would expect from a hotel.

Gross The hotel room is not clean, stains on pillow cases, gross stains on curtains, weird stains on wall trims, we did not feel comfortable staying the night but it was our only choice, 10/10 would not recommend

Friendly staff, dirty floors The staff was very accommodating, but the floors in our room felt like the floor of a taxi cab and make our feet black. Sheets and bathroom were clean but not the floor. The pool was also dirty. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were clumpy and the sausage burned. Hotel is located in a kind of scary end of town. Not sure I would choose to stay there again. Also- we had a room with a pull out bed- the bed was gross, old, and very uncomfortable with stains and springs you could feel entirely. Carpet behind the couch was coming up. We did have a separate room for one of our queen beds, which was nice. But seriously, clean the floors. Please.
