La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Calhoun South I-75

Nightmare in Calhoun I have never paid this much money to stay in such a nasty hotel. When you see the pictures you will be shocked. LA Quinta/ by Wyndham in Calhoun Ga is awful. Our journey began at checkin, it was obvious I interrupted the night manager from either a text or game she was playing. While she was is checking me in she takes another call on her cell phone, puts it on speaker and talks to them while checking me in. Then we go to the room… NASTY! Air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Refrigerator was turned off and the room was dirty and in bad repair. Then to add injury to insult, we went to breakfast the next morning.. not here because we didn’t want to get some type of sickness from there free breakfast! It just stands to reason the kitchen is more than likely as dirty as the rooms. We come back to find that our door cards have already been turned off! I had to wait 5 min. For the morning manager to finish wiping down a table in the dining room, then when she was done doing what she was doing it was time to take care of ( a paying guest needs) Turn my cards back on. I’m thinking I’m done with Wyndham!!! The rest or our trips this year we will be staying at Hiltons I guess you truly get what you pay for!… but wait I didn’t even get that here.

Below quality Don't waste your money here go to a better place for the same prices. Property was very outdated, trashy parking lot, musty lobby and community areas, holes in the ceilings with water damage, ac on 2nd floor was not working and the rooms smelled musty and molded with water damage

DO NOT STAY HERE! You will die if a fire breaks out! We got trapped in our room! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s unsafe, everything about this hotel is disgusting! We were in our room for 5 min and had to run back to our car and we were locked INSIDE our room and couldn’t get out. I called and they had to come help us get out! The outlets had no covers on the the carpet was filthy. The mattress had stains. The shower was moldy. The toilet was a standard size with a handicap seat on it and it wasn’t even bolted down properly. Do yourself a huge favor and stay somewhere else! Even after complaining nothing was done.

Do Not Stay Here-filthy! Filthy! Poorly built-we could hear every footstep of the people above us. The lock at the end of the hallway would not let you in so people propped it open making it unsafe. You could see where it was busted loose and poorly repaired but it still didn't work. Shower had mildew and there were stains running down the wall beside the trash can. Slept in clothes due to bed feeling dirty and stain on sheets. So noisy I wanted to leave at 2 am. Do not stay here it is the worst place ever and so filthy dirty I did not eat the free breakfast. Gross!

Poor Customer Service Awful customer service!!! I booked this hotel by mistake and literally called them 5 minutes after I booked it because my wife informed me quickly that I had booked the wrong hotel. An honest mistake that could happen to anyone. I instantly called the hotel and explained what I just did. The response I received was too bad we are still going to charge you for the stay. I get it if had been weeks or even days but 5 minutes? Come on man!!
