A place to sleep This is a decent place to sleep. No frills. No elevator, needs a little TLC Room Was clean, breakfast was a typical Quality Inn breakfast. Nothing special I parked my truck and small trailer in the back of the lot. Outdoor pool was still closed in April but it was still a little cold outside to swim.

Roaches in the room. Roaches! We looked at the room, and it seemed clean. At about 8:30 PM, we killed two adult roaches. Called the front office to only be told, i don't know what to tell you. No offer to change rooms, no offer for a refund. We traveled all day and were tired of driving. We took everything that we could back out to the car in the freezing cold. The wind chill was about 10 degrees. We later saw more roaches and left the hotel for cleaner accommodations. We did receive a full refund the next day.

Look are deceiving Room was clean, outside appearance was deceiving as it looked a bit rough, but the room itself was clean. People living there was a bit off putting, other than that it was fine. Staff was excellent, loved being called sweetheart

Gave points for daughter, son in law grandson free stay My daughter , son in law law and grandson we’re traveling from Michigan to Florida for college and I had 80k points from a Boyne mountain time share presentation to use so they had been on road about 12 hours . I called ahead and the nice gal said sure use your pout and just put their names on notes. No problem. Alta they could have used a king the 2 queens were sufficient for one night and 12k points. No complaints from them so I’ll go 4 out of 5

Nice Stay The rooms were very clean, front desk was friendly, good breakfast. Would stay again. Very easy on & off interstate. Arby's close by . Good place for your dogs has place to walk them safely. was just passing thru
