Friendly Breakfast Hosts! I want to give KUDOS to your breakfast hosts, Maria and Miguel. They're both very friendly and show great hospitality. They welcome me with a cheerful smile every morning. Being in the hospitality industry, I am big on these small little moments. Your genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to making every guest feel special is what transforms a good hotel into an extraordinary one. Looking forward to seeing you every morning during my stay!

Incredible staff and hotel for HOCR! We stayed at the Courtyard for the Head of the Charles Regatta at Harvard. It is the perfect location as it is right on the river, and about a 20 minute walk along the river path to get there. Our room had a lovely view of the river and the boats, with lots of natural light. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shout out to Shaon as he went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! He deserves a major kudos! Thank you!! Daley (sp) and Sandra were super kind and helpful as well as the manager of housekeeping, who we met in the hall. There were two other associates who responded to my requests at night that were so nice (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names). I would highly recommend this hotel as it is away from the crowds and in a quiet location, but still on the river. The main draw, however, are the wonderful employees who really made our stay fantastic! Thank you all!

Amazing employees! The front desk staff makes the hotel worth it! I stayed for 3 nights and each night I was greeted with a warm and friendly face. They were so helpful when I had an issue with my AC getting the issue resolved with 30 mins. I tend to forget my room keys often. Each time (there was more than one) I asked for a new key, they smiled and reassured me it was no trouble. Even the housekeepers were lovely. I was greeted with a smile and “good morning” as I left my room one morning. 10/10 recommend!!
