Don’t get fooled by free parking Do not get fooled by the free parking. There are not enough spots in the lot for all of the cars so cars are parked illegally throughout the garage. If you are lucky enough to get a spot then don’t dare use your car or you’ll lose your spot and have to park at the nearby lot for $35. And if it were a nice hotel then the inconvenience of parking could be overlooked. But my room smelled like dirty socks. The AC is incredibly loud and kept me up all night. I stay Hilton hotels a lot and I have never had such a horrible experience. Do not stay here if you have a car, a nose or ears.

Recommend with a caveat about parking. Good location, next to Lechmere greenline T station. Room is clean. Staff are courteous. Standard breakfast. There is onsite parking, unfortunately is very limited and cramped. I was fortunate to get the last spot available. Unsure if parking options in surrounding area.

The hotel itself is more than fine. Parking is abysmal if you get shut out of the free garage. I generally like Hampton Inns, as they're clean and the free breakfast is a great perk. I chose this one, in part, because of the "free parking". I put it in quotes, because when I came back from moving my daughter into her apartment at 10:30 pm, there were no spots available in the garage. When I went to the desk, I found out it was first come, first served and that their alternative is a paid lot (ok, understandable) a 1/2 mile away (not ok). Also, that garage closes at 12AM, so if someone is coming in after a late drive, they're not guaranteed parking (paid or otherwise) at all. Because I wasn't sure it was safe to walk back, I took an Uber from the parking lot, back to the hotel, and then back to the parking lot in the morning due to the heat wave during my stay. Do not recommend.

Good night's sleep Overall a good stay, but some hiccups. Very comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary on-site parking, T station (green line--Lechmere) is steps outside of hotel, decent, standard H.I. breakfast. Friendly staff. Encountered mix up with room assignment at check in. I understand this occurs, but it took quite a while to rectify. Location was ok. Returned late night and wasn't comfortable walking to a restaurant (fast food open a few blocks down). Not a "city life" area or many people out. Brought takeout back with us on the T. **Tip: A room on the backside of hotel may be quieter. While the street side noise didn't bother us, it may for some.**

Meh Won’t ever stay here again or suggest to anyone. Uncomfortable beds, staff was rude, and parking is a nightmare if you aren’t lucky enough to get one of the limited parking spaces you will struggle to get out of the garage. Didn’t eat breakfast so I don’t know how that was. Wifi didn’t work.
