Does the trick It does the trick, no more no less. It is well located and not as expensive as most hotels within Boston. It is also located right next to the TD garden. There is also free continental breakfast in the morning. It's not WOW but for a free breakfast, it's plenty.

We are completely dissatisfied with the miscommunication and if their policy is 21+ they must fix this immediately. My friend and I were stranded in Boston because we missed our train and we are only 18. We called multiple hotels and they said 21+. This one we called and they told us that it was fine that we were 18. We got to the hotel and they told us that this was untrue. We had nowhere to go.

Popular and affordable This is a popular hotel in a decent location. Affordable and what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express just outside the downtown core. Nothing fancy, but very functional Breakfast was fine (liked the pancake machine) but it was often very hard to find seating, food wasn't refilled as often as it needed to be and tables were not quickly wiped down. Sleep quality wasn't the best I have had at a Holiday Inn Express. The beds were not that comfortable and the blankets thin. I did like the fact that there were hard and soft pillows automatically in the room. I also found the room on the dark side. You can tell that the space has been recently upgraded and it looked decent. Location was okay. It is convenient, but only "walkable" if you have 30-40mins. It is on a busy road which can make it noisy (and there is currently a construction site right across the road). Parking was busy, but there were spots - not a hotel issue, but some very large trucks parked in "compact car only" spaces taking up two spots and / or blocking the narrow space. We were able to find parking each time we took the car out of the lot, but often it was the last spot.

Good location to stay for easy access going into Boston. We stayed two nights. The Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I regret not getting the name of the wonderful woman that checked us in on Thursday and Saturday. The breakfast is what you expect but plentiful. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy and the shower water on the 8th floor was hot and strong. It's maybe a quarter mile walk to the T. T staff are friendly and helpful to people who are not familiar with how the public transportation rides work. Yeah, the hotel charges $50 to park, but that's just the way it is in the Boston area.

Rude man front desk ! Rude front desk- Place was fine - clean and u get breakfast but 50 bucks to park at the hotel lot is ridiculous. The man at the front desk was super rude not sure why Not someone you would want at the front representing your hotel. We asked if we could come in that entrance and he said this is the only entrance but the way he said it super rude and unprofessional!
