Most beautiful beach I've seen The one thing that's amazing about this place is it has the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. It's mild of clear water blocked off by a reef so relatively calm with no seaweed . On the same day there was a red flag and a yellow flag at different parts of the beach. The pools at this hotel are pretty nice is basically one long cool divided into four including one with a waterfall , although the water is pretty cold in the pool . The jacuzzi overlooks the beach and is nice although not boiling hot. There's only two poolside bars and no bar food. I think as long as you get an ocean view it's worth it. On the other hand the food is mediocre at best . So if that's your thing don't come here . There is an amazing supermarket nearby that's like a Costco but you can get your own food cooked. This hotel is right near the ferry to Isla Mujeres . The hotel is very clean , the rooms are smallish but the balcony is awesome. The crowd seems to be a mix of Mexican and International , not that many North Americans, some families , not a party vibe. If you want a beautiful clean Beach this is where you should go!

CANCUN FEB 2026 Group of 8 of us just returned after a week unfortunately we got hit with 5/6 days of the cold/wind but we made the most of it. Resort is average 3.5 * in my opinion.Location is amazing prob best in the hotel zone.The atmosphere is very relaxed not a party resort if that's what your looking for.Room was good with ocean view only lost water once for a few hours. Overall good value.A special shout out to JOAB one of the bellhops very professional and always helped us and greeted our entire group whenever he saw us.Anothet special shout out to SERGIO our server at breakfast and lunch in the buffet he went above and beyond for us always ensuring our dining experience was great he even remembered our names after the first time serving us, "Im Summers Mom if you ever read this and I am grateful to have met you.Last but not least another special Shout out to BRUNO the manager he was personable and professional until we meet again Gracias from Canada.
