Very upset, mold, required renovation, bad service, rude personal This hotel requires renovation. The price is far too high for the quality provided. The room had a strong and disgusting smell of mold. During breakfast, I experienced an unpleasant and discriminatory situation. I ordered a smoothie; however, the staff member preparing the smoothies gave my order to other guests, even though they had not ordered it. As a result, I had to wait again for my smoothie to be prepared. On January 10, 2026, during breakfast, I asked a staff member to pour me some juice and asked whether it was freshly squeezed or from a package. He responded very rudely, shouting that I had to wait and that everything served at breakfast was fresh. The breakfast staff either do not understand English or do not want to understand it, and they are very rude. In addition, before booking this hotel, I was not allowed to enter the property when I tried to see it. If I had been allowed inside, I would not have booked the hotel, as I would have immediately seen that the hotel is old and does not meet the expected standard. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. For such a high price, guests should expect fair service and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet these expectations.
