Quality Inn & Suites Canton, GA

Smelly, run down and rude service I booked a trip to go visit my father in Canton Ga because he has been in the hospital a lot. Went with my children so he could see them . It’s a 7 hour drive and I booked a place with a pool so my children could have a little fun . Between the driving and hospital time I knew they would need an outlet of energy. Got there and the place smelled like spoiled milk or mold, horrible. Even my daughter asked why it smelled so bad. Went to try and check in. Wasn’t greeted with a smile or hello. Just a “ I need your ID and credit card “. I then asked about the pool, if it was open. He said , no. I said it was stated to be open until after Labor Day. He said the inspector came by and closed it due to it not being in good enough condition to swim in because of the chemicals. I’m my mind this place was definitely not maintained. Between the horrible smell in the lobby and kitchen area where they serve food for breakfast. Also the fact that the inspector closed the pool due to not being cared for properly. I would hate to think how the linens and beds/pillows were cared for. As well as the carpets and cleanliness of the bathrooms and surface areas in the room. I then asked if I could cancel. He said sure just call the booking place and cancel. Definitely a very run down and dirty place. Not to mention the lack of customer service. Would never stay there.

great one night stay staff checked us in was friendly and extremely helpful. i felt welcomed. the room was clean and very spacious. the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. room was well maintained and clean.i would definitely stay again if needed

Awful we ask for handicap cause i have a Bad knee . Guess what they put us on 2nd floor didn't have no Elevator . I was so mad to late to find any where else we came for funeral in Canton from Alabama . i will never stay there again

great hotel the minute we walked in the front desk clerk was there and offered great rate. the price was good and the hospitality of all the workers was great. the was super clean. the location is right off the expressway and was very easy to find

Drive extra to save yourself the disaster This place was a dump. I don't like writing reviews. It smelled like weed in the lobby and it bled into the rooms in the evening. The carpet was dark colored and disgusting. The room was gross-- very obvious nothing was cleaned. The office chair was wobbly enough to fall apart and there was no plug at the desk. The a/c / heat unit was extremely noisy. I will drive the extra for a decent place on my next trip.
