Pick this Hotel over all the others As Good a Welcome as your Grandma would give. We were 2 weary travelers midway through a 20 hour drive. Joan at the desk was so Gracious and helpful. After getting us checked in she gave us a recommendation for a wonderful restaurant close by. Our pleasant & restfull evening was topped off by Martha and Debbie who were so sweet and accommodating at Breakfast. We were refreshed and ready to take on the rest of our journey. What a great pit stop!

Ginormous 1st floor room.... We travel on motorcycle and spent the day dodging storms so we were not happy campers when it came time to call it a day. However, Sabrina at the front desk fixed all of that! She was very pleasant and entertained my boyfriend's poor attempts at humor with confidence. Our first floor room was HUGE! Everything was clean and well maintained. We were just disappointed that the truck with the cinnamon buns did not arrive in time for breakfast. They are always the tie breaker for staying in HIE or Hampton when they are next door to each other. Seems that HIE should stock pile those at each location.

Best Sleep and Great Staff Traveled with our small 1A school from the Ozarks to the Final Four in Girls Volleyball. We didn't check in until after our first game that evening. Quick check in and turn around. Everyone was happy. My room was great. Two teams were guests and I didn't hear a thing all night. I had driven the bus after 4.5 hours trip and running my regular route at 6 that morning. The staff let us order dinner for our girls and use the breakfast room for parents and others to join us. The entire staff was so gracious and helpful from the evening check in staff to the morning check out staff. And thankful for the good breakfast the girls got before we took off to the fieldhouse. If I'm ever that way again, I will definitely stay with IHG again.

IMPRESSED! We were incredibly impressed! The room was so clean and bright! They have DOVE hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided in full size pumps in the bathroom (a huge step up from the typical hotel toiletries!!) Extra towels/wash clothes without even having to ask. Breakfast was really good, better than most-with eggs and sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy etc. We stay at a lot of hotels/casino hotels even, and we found this to be more pleasant, accomodating, clean, spacious, and safer than most hotels we have been to! However, we cannot say enough about the staff- Karla the GM, went above and beyond for us, and anyone we spoke to at the front desk were so helpful and kind and welcoming as we came and went for a family wedding weekend. I don't normally leave reviews, but the entire stay we kept saying that we NEED to leave a great review! Melissa See/Bryan Foster

Vacation 2023 They had very friendly staff. They welcomed us with water and peanut butter cookies. The room was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast bar had a great selection. The bed was comfortable and there was a selection of pillows. I would definitely stay there again.
